This was my first visit and I had 3 whole wings and 2 pc catfish, hush puppies (hush puppies didn’t make it past the ride home) sorry I don’t have a picture, and fried green tomatoes. The homemade tarter and remoulade sauces were good.
Food was delicious, Customer service was great and the establishment was clean. After 5 mins of arriving, it got real busy. Clearly it’s a popular spot.

Wish the whole wings were a bit bigger but overall the meal was good. I had a sample of their famous punch drink….it was good (like koolaid) but wayyyy too sweet. I didn’t order that. But if you like sweet, you’ll love the drinks. They had peach, grape, lemonade, and passion fruit flavors.
The tomatoes were sliced really thin and crispy. Seasoned well, but a bit too salty for me….but still good. I wish the tomatoes were a cut a little thicker. It was mostly breading. My bill was about $30.

Thanks for having me. I’ll be back to try some of the other wings and sauces. They have a lot of options to choose from. Blessings on your continued success!

I tried this spot last weekend and I gotta say, the wings were really solid. They had a good variety of sauces, and I went with the spicy garlic—perfect amount of kick without being too overwhelming. The place itself is pretty casual and laid-back, which I liked. Service was friendly, though a bit slow since it was busy, but that’s kind of expected on a Saturday night. Prices were reasonable too, especially considering the portion sizes. Overall, a nice place to grab wings if you’re in the area, and I’d probably come back to try some of the other flavors.

Today was my first time trying Bo’s Best Wings and I loved my experience. Shaquita (I think that’s her name) was so nice and welcoming! She was patient with me and my girlfriend and was also helpful with this being our first time ordering here. Wait time wasn’t long at all and food was good! We had wings and fries and I love the size (they’re small/regular sized) but they still have a lot of chicken on the bone. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone!

They so good. Had the wings, fried green tomatoes, and hush puppies. Service can be slow so be prepared to wait a bit.

The food is excellent and I try to go every week. The service is better now. And the owner and his nephew are the best cooks for me and my husband’s wings. We will be going every week unless otherwise for those lemon pepper wings. (Especially, since they know how to be generous and season wings)

I frequent Bo’s at least once a week. The food is consistent mostly. Today’s experience was less than pleasurable. I placed an order at 1:15 and it was an hour before someone called to say that my chosen flavor wasn’t available. I was headed to pick up my order for my child. There was no attempt to contact me before heading to the store.

I had a very frustrating and uncomfortable experience here today.

I placed a phone order at 4:45 PM for a 10-piece whole wing order and a gallon of peach aid and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived about 30 minutes later, paid, and waited off to the side.

The restaurant was not busy — maybe 8–9 people inside, with customers coming and going quickly. While I waited, I watched the employee who took my order (name on receipt: Steen) help new customers, pass bags to the other worker who did not need help with bags, and then even get on her phone — all while I waited and observed.

There was an empty gallon jug sitting on top of the peach aid, so I interrupted Steen S while she was scrolling on her phone, and I asked if it was for my order. She said yes and began filling it. I continued waiting.

After nearly 30 minutes, the other employee finally asked what I was waiting on once her customers were taken care of… only to realize my ENTIRE order had been sitting behind them the WHOLE TIME, already completed, including the gallon of peach aid. The drink that had just been made for me wasn’t even mine!

At that point, I calmly said that she needed to pay more attention, because I had been standing there watching this happen. Instead of apologizing or owning the mistake, the employee immediately became defensive and aggressive. Her tone escalated, and the other worker joined in, telling me she is new and not to “do too much,” as if I was the problem for pointing out their mistake.

I want to be very clear:
I was not rude.
I did not raise my voice.
I simply stated that more attention was needed. I said “you need to pay more attention honey.” And this seemingly young woman behaved as if she wanted to fight. VERY distasteful behavior.

Their response was hostile, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate, to the point where I genuinely felt unsafe, like the situation could have escalated further over something that was entirely their fault!

Being “new” is not an excuse for:
• Ignoring a prepaid order
• Being on your phone while customers wait
• Failing to communicate
• Getting aggressive when corrected
Someone who is “new” should already be primed for FEEDBACK. I am a PAYING and patient customer. If someone cannot handle polite, direct, accountability for their mistakes, then they DO NOT belong in any service based position.

This could have been resolved with a simple apology. Instead, it turned into an unnecessary confrontation. I did not get my order remade. I did not get any apology nor did anyone try to accommodate me after I spent my HARD EARNED MONEY in this establishment! I still even took my cold chicken wings, and left for my own safety!

I am a frequent customer and I won’t be returning unless management seriously addresses staff training and customer interaction.

Fresh cooked to order delicious wings. I absolutely love their whole wings. If you love crispy fish, ask them to fry it hard.
