They always seem to forget something. We had a mobile order and picked up through the drive through, discovered the munchkins were missing so my boyfriend went in to get them. the person at the register was horribly rude. He couldn’t even finish what he was saying before she ordered him to go over to the pick up area. After waiting a bit, finally someone got the missing items. On top of that, one of the munchkins and a breakfast sandwich had the same short, thin black hair on it. Someone needs to start wearing a hairnet around the food

Ordered the new bacon avocado tomato sandwich with roasted tomatoes. Unfortunately, there was NO TOMATOES on the sandwich. We asked for hashbrowns and receive no hashbrowns with our meal. Never coming back. Highly advise you don’t go to this Dunkin because you’ll have a bad experience.

I used to get my coffee here 3 times a day everyday everytime they somehow make my coffee different every time. Today I got hazelnut instead of caramel in my coffee for the second time this Dunkin cannot make a good coffee it’s always messed up bitter disgusting tasted like they created some sort of concoction for fun, they always wanna argue too that they made it right or the same when they definitely didn’t. HOW does a person go to Dunkin everyday and get the same thing THREE times a day and still always get something different ??! Today I got black and hard black and hard brown stuff in my coffee it was like hard coffee grains and hard old pieces of clumped up sugar that was so old it was basically like plastic I was drinking up thru my straw. I was literally drinking up hard material out of my coffee this is so disgusting and unacceptable I hate this Dunkin and wish theyd switch their system up / employees !! Maybe if I start throwing my coffees thru the drive thru window everytime they mess it up then they’ll figure it out. charges me for a donut – says she cannot refund me cause there’s no manager on shift and that it’s not a big deal cause i was only charged for one donut – I must be rich then ? And can just throw my money out to Dunkin – never hated customer service more than this place hope your okay with paying for donuts you didn’t get and then just being told it’s not a big deal. Person that took the order was just not a happy person and rude from the start. They forgot our drink so we called about the missing drink person that answered was “nice” until we got there and we were ignored. Multiple of their employees looked at us and said nothing, one of them even walked up to the counter looked at us and turned their backs to us without saying a thing and just ignored us. This place used to be a great location with awesome customer service but throughout the years their care has gone down. Will not be going back.

It’s Dunkin ♀️ service was regular. Food is… It’s Dunkin, cut and dry. You don’t need a review for this…. It’s pretty basic. They get your order wrong depending on the time of day . But the employees are polite.

Worst customer service EVER!!! After the cashier rung me up, I went to the pick up area to wait for my order, the person who was working at the food station approached me with a very rude attitude asking what am I waiting for and when I started telling him he said next time you have to tell me what you ordered otherwise you don’t get what you ordered. All what I know That the cashier who rung up the order has to communicate with the food station guy not the customer, the worst part is when I explained that to him he completely left the food station and never returned. Seriously, I have no idea why would they hire a person like him who has ZERO experience how to deal with a customer. WORST LOCATION EVER with the WORST STAFF!!!!!!

Would give ZERO if I could ! Went in to get a small coffee, a donute and a small sandwich and when we got into the car I went for a sip and the top was not on at all and poured burning hot mess all over me . My GF went to take it from me and tried to put the lid on and it wouldn’t even go on . Went in to ask for a new cup and lid and they accused us of not knowing how to handle a cup on our own ?! Are you serious!!!! Didnt even take responsibility for not testing to see if it was a good cup and sealed or asking if we were ok! I was cleaning my car as my gf went in to get corporate call info and they wrote it in highlighter then said ” I hope you can read that number ” then ignored her with a massive attitude ! NEVER GO HERE . Just so you know we where there 9am on 7/17
