Place is horribly operated , the worker today is ridiculously slow , doesn’t pay attention to customers inside the store focused on drive thru 100 percent . Stood there 5 min didn’t get a word from her . Place is just a waste of space inside of a gas station. GET RID OF IT OR UPGRADE

I ordered a double espresso and it was a big double espresso! Every time you order a double, it comes out differently. Sometimes they seem small, once in a while it looks like 3 or 4 shots. The gentleman who served me was friendly too which any customer would appreciate. I’ll definitely be heading to this D and D the next time i want an espresso. Usually i hit the one down the road but from now on, i will be hitting up this location

The facility needs to be upgraded. The people working here need an upgrade. The 2001 coffee machine worked great, BACK THEN! Upgrade needed. Staff is calm, cool and collected. Great facility here

16min later to find out my order could not be completed due to the lack of a croissant, substitute for an english muffin and the sandwhich was made wrong anyway, and the coffee I paid an extra dollar for espresso, had none. This place is notoriously understaffed, or overstaffed with inexperienced workers that hang out and chat more than they work. It’s a shame they’re a block away from my house, this was my last visit.

Average experience here, coffee is just ok, but the donuts don’t taste fresh or good to me. They sit around on an open shelf all day which is disgusting because dust and flying insects can easily get on the donuts throughout the course of a day. The donuts and muffins should be in a glass case display to prevent this from happening. Furthermore the food and coffee is expensive here, overpriced. There are better coffee and donut shops. And lastly most locations are not open late anymore due to the pandemic I guess. Other fast food restaurants returned to their original hours quite a while ago. Not Dunkin. Thumbs down.

Always get about a smalls worth of coffee in my mediums and larges the rest is filled with extra milk. I swear multiple times I’ve received literally a cup of ice, milk, and flavoring. Disgusting and scamming people.

Two of the employees literally fought each other over who would serve us. Not fighting TO serve us but who would be subject to the task at hand. I mean, I know it’s a D&D at a gas station but come on! Some of the crappiest service I’ve experienced.
