Real disappointed honestly .,my fiancé always goes here every morning to pick up our mobile order before work so I can get my coffee. Is something about Mondays and Fridays that for whatever reason coffee never comes out the way you order it . I ordered a cookie butter ice coffee with oat milk and 1 liquid sugar and I guess she missed the cookie butter pumps and not enough oat milk. Strong and no flavor at all smh . I have to fix it at home and if we pay for it why do we even have to do that ?

Charging $1.40+ tax for this much cream cheese is criminal.. I could’ve just ordered a plain bagel. “15 minimum wage isn’t enough” but you guys can’t even do the bare minimum. Also no receipt to make me eligible for my refund. Thanks for ruining yet another morning by not being able to eat breakfast ❤️

My husband ordered Dunkin through the app to be delivered by door dash from this location. Everything was fine except one major thing. The 1 hot coffee that we ordered was not secured properly and spilled ALL OVER. I am enclosing pictures of everything. I could blame the delivery service but, Dunkin is usually very good at securing the cups. Half my coffee was gone before I could even drink it!! Not cool. You guys need to make sure every person who packs the orders knows how to secure the lids so there is no spillage. It was a mess and got all over everything else. We have been stuck at the house and have to order or else I’d be driving there to pick it up normally. This was the worst experience we have had.

So I ordered three coffees and all of them didn’t taste the way they should have. Ordered a croissant and they couldn’t even open the bag completely. I’m not sure why it is so hard to get orders right. What are you so busy doing that you couldn’t FOCUS on making orders right.

I buy a coffee everyday and a glaze donut Coffee has been messed up lately When I decided to talk to store associate about it her answer was we have been training staff So I’m so sorry! But we As Customers pay for our food Why Pay For your new employees That your training mess up on a customer order and then just say so sorry! SMH Time for a new Dunkin spot! Very Disappointing!!!!

Went through the drive thru at 8am this morning! Got some food & tried to get a few brownie batter donuts for my wife but was told they didn’t have any. Okay no problem, they sell out fast, so i went on my way until I hear from my sister she went to the same dunkin an hour after me and got brownie batter donuts. Confusing, but okay maybe they made more. So I decided to do a mobile order for 6 donuts and then head down to pick them up and the same lady i spoke with in the drive thru in the morning is in the front and when i ask for my mobile order says they don’t have any brownie batter donuts, as i am starting directly at them in the donut case behind her. I pointed them out to her and then a he was rude and had an attitude about how she was “supposed to get a slip for a mobile order and didn’t” as if that was somehow my fault something in the store wasn’t working correctly. Showed her my receipt and did end up getting my donuts, but it was such a really weird experience. Should’ve gotten her name but i was just so in shock of the blatant lying and possible hoarding of brownie batter donuts.
