Went for breakfast before work. I was given a reheated sandwich stale in some part crunchy in others uneven not fresh. I never had this issue with other manchester location deming. They always serve fresh. This was not fresh no wonder it took literally less than a minute after I ordered for them to hand it to me. Lazy, unprofessional, unsanitary.

They have a nice job of transforming this D&D into an esthetically pleasing store from before. But I counted 10 people working, and it took me over 13 mins to order and get my food, and it wasn’t correct and didn’t have time to change it. No cheese on my sandwich and not toasted… I understand it’s a Friday and a busy store, but there was only 1 person ahead of me and 2 behind me. I know this maybe an outlier day and would give them a chance again since staff was courteous

This Dunkin never disappoints. Always tastes good and comes out quickly. One time I spilled my drink and they replaced it and helped me clean up which was really nice.

My coffee always has coffee grinds in it. There’s always a quarter cup of coffee grinds at the bottom of the cup. Everyone has a don’t care attitude here. They serve burned sandwiches to their customers.

No one smiles. Or says thank you. Signs everywhere say have money ready. Asked how much, they replied pay at the window! Asked how much so we can be ready, and they spoke so fast we had no idea what they said.
And we had to wait 5 minutes for the coffee?! Why, it is a coffee place and not busy either.
