It’s so nice to drive up and have a very pleasant experience with many random employees or staff members that are courtesy, welcoming, professional. My husband comes to the drive thur and they adress him with his name . Tonight on 2/21/2026 , Jeremiah’s has been one of those who makes you happy to stopped by. The coffee was excellent as with the service. Lately this location with Jeremiah’s and some of the others, makes it worth it .

I got the nicest customer service today that I have ever received in this location in the past decade. It was a Wednesday around 1 o’clock.

The food is great and always warm. And the coffee is great when done right. I did pick up a matcha today and unfortunately they packed it with so much ice I couldn’t even get a straw in. Finally I got home and took ice out to not just have cubes but a whole block of ice. In the picture it was a hour later and still filled to the top.

I’ve been coming here since I was little and I have SEEN the service go down. I’m not usually one to write reviews when I don’t like a place but I’m actually beyond disappointed. I believe her name was Les Marie. I could be wrong about the name but that’s what was written on the receipt. She had long ombré nails. I was super sweet in the beginning, even complimented her nails but was met with an annoyed and cold “thank you” which I didn’t mind. What I did mind was that I ordered two things and one of them were hasbrowns and I literally saw her charge me but when I went up to the window I think she literally removed it and I had to come back around and I didn’t mind paying for them but initially they were charged on the screen. Super rude manners and I get if you’re overwhelmed or having a bad day but that doesn’t mean you take it on your customers. super rude lol.

This store is amazing the workers here are more realistic. (When I mean realistic they act their wage.) than the Starbucks employees up the street who always seem to be entitled and rude for their wage. They work very quick and work hard and have great customer service. Worth me tipping them. The building is clean. They have a constant variety of donuts and such for your enjoyment. They always make my coffee well and if it were to be made wrong they would fix it with such ease and not so much judgement unlike Starbucks up the street.

Ordered hot coffee in drive thru. Grabbed and ran due to an appt. Go to sip coffee and it’s ice cold. Nothing worse. Did not have time to go back. Waste of $4.

Went in for a coffee, stood in there for 3 minutes and there was nobody else in line. Two workers completely ignored me the entire time taking order after order in the drive-thru and I walked out. I don’t know why I went in there in the first place. I hate dunkin’ donuts. I guess it was the only thing around.

Everything was burnt, bagel, hash browns and coffee tasted like water down coffee. Horrible customer service, communication skills are lacking. Oh and they forgot my hash browns at first. This isn’t the first time and certainly isn’t the 2nd time. It’s just convenient when you’re going to cvs or stopnshop. But no longer I’ll just travel out of my way for something better from now on. I’ve been going to that Dunkin for 20 years.
