I was treated very disrespectfully this morning at this location. Two employees refuse to answer my question or even acknowledge me. The order was just pushed in my direction with no communication, but they had no problem talking to other customers. I kindly asked one simple question and was ignored, and when given the order, it was kind of like I don’t have to talk to you. I know what you’re here for. Just take it and don’t talk to me. Mind you I wasn’t being a chatty Cathy or anything. I just asked if it was the name on the order. Mind you this is after I was waiting for at least five minutes the first time I inquired. I only inquired twice as I figured oh she’s just busy I’m not going to take it personally, and then she proceeded to talk to two other customers. Very, very disrespectful.

I had place an order at 9:20am I arrived my ordered was still not ready I proceeded to wait for basically almost 30mins while watching customers at the register and other mobile orders being placed out and handed to other customers. It took the young African American lady that was working the register to finally ask me if I need help to hand me my order and not the young white lady that was packing up all the orders. I felt like I was being pushed to the side and just being ignored. And once I received my order my food was cold, last of ingredients being used. The lack of customer service and how my food was presented to me completely turned me away from coming to this location ever again even had to throw my order away because it was not up standards

Everything is good apart from an old lady who is not good at English (No disrespect) but the people who are good at it if they do it would be more good for the customer. since they don’t have to wait long for thier order. Staff is so friendly, they do accept thier mistake and compensate properly and in very friendly manner

Great service and patient staff. There is an occasional language barrier between customers and a few staff members, but great service overall. Everyone always seems so happy and so chill. Any of these ratings saying otherwise clearly either don’t understand that employees may have a language barrier, or they have not worked in food service themselves. Love this location and their coffees just taste better here

food and drinks were all great! however, the older women with red hair and glasses was extremely rude and I likely won’t be back to this location because of her. this wasn’t the only time she’s acted this way and I have actually contacted friends from Glastonbury who also know exactly who she is based on her attitude alone. She needs to be fired.

Walked in and the guy took my order but I had to repeat it even though it was a simple coffee, no biggie, but during my wait, two other people got their order before me which didnt make sense since my order wasnt complicated, and an iced coffee was spilled over the counter onto the floor and no one was in a hurry to clean it. Was left there my whole visit and it was right in front of the pick up area. They didnt seem like they wanted to be at work today. Idk, first and last visit.

Regarding my recent purchase of the six-meal deal two days ago, I must express my disappointment. The hash browns were regrettably cold, and the cheese sandwich was not warmed up at all. The service left something to be desired.

Food and coffee is consistently better than the main street Dunkin so I don’t mind the lack of drive through. If you bring more than 1 person with you there is only 1 table that seats 4

I would like to give 0 star rating here if i could. I am disappointed at the level of poor service Dunkin Hebron Avenue Glastonbury CT team provides and how for granted they take their customers.
I had placed an online order this morning via their app, which first let me select the right store – Hebron Ave, Glastonbury. I placed 2 dozen donuts order for a get together with little girls 3 hours in advance and payment done. I get there on time for pickup. After i asked for order, the team ar store tells me “oh we are out of donuts”
I was shocked, it is not that i just walked in and asked for donuts. I placed the order online for that store. If they were out of donuts or didnt expect to have that ready why did they let us place the order
Thats not the worst part. The staff waited without any obligation, for us to show up there, and then informed us. Why couldnt they have called us and informed ahead that they are out of donuts so there would have been some chance for us to try someplace else. We drove to pick up, burned our gas and time for us to learn they dont have it. For an online order made 3 hours ahead. Unbelievable.
Worst part, when i asked the staff – so what should I do now i need donuts for an event. The guy there very rudely says “the best i can do is to give ur money back”. There was no empathy, no attempt to understand the problem their neglegince had put me through and an absolutely dont care attitude.

The young lady Ashley was excellent, Before taking my order I was noticing how pleasant with other customers also her customer service it’s always good to see someone so happy in places this. Always greeting customers with a smile. Thanks we need more people in customer service like this.
