Orders wrong. Took 3 minutes to make everything burnt. Wrong donut given. Food tasted horrible. I could make better breakfast sandwiches. It Looked like a kid could make with ease. Food was so bad, I have to make my first review on this garbage. Do not recommend.

Melissa and the young girl with the chopped hair are some of the rudest employees I have ever dealt qith in my life they do nothing but give attitudes and dirty looks. If I was the manager they would be gone!!! They try to be so fast that the drinks come out wrong every single time food is ice cold bc they are trying to be the world’s fastest workers or just don’t want to deal with anyone so trying to get them out as fast as possible!! QORST SERVICE IVE EVER HAD!!!

Dunkin has zero options sometimes want a specific bagel and no can do bc they don’t have anything you want. Maybe one wheat bagel and one everything and one plain bagel left. When ordering ahead they make right away so by the time you get there the coffee is cold or the sandwich is wet from the sandwich sitting in the bag. The hash browns are overly expensive for about 8 small round pieces in a bag. When you ask for toasted they don’t toast the bagel just warm it so that’s all stretchy and can’t bite into it. Too expensive for what you get. Everything is frozen and the egg is frozen too so it’s not hot sometimes.

Most of the morning workers are so rude and unfriendly,half the time get my order wrong.If you didn’t hear or remember what I asked for you can kindly ask me to repeat .Very snappy,especially the boy and the manager.Unfortunately this is the Dunkin on my way to work but may need to take a different route.If you don’t like working with people why not get a different profession?
