Our drinks came out fine, after having to explain that a large cold brew gets 4 pumps of cream.. their scanner wasnt working so I couldnt use the app, or get points from the receipt after paying for it. However we were informed about the scanner after we had presented the QR code and the barista just held up a cordless scanner. Expecting us to read her damn mind when we then got an exasperated “it doesnt work”

Was not impressed with the customer service. The music was too loud in the dining room where we had to yell to get our order out. The staff needs more training and someone needs to consider the atmosphere of the patrons that visit the establishment.

Last time I buy something from this Dunkin. I always do a mobile order, I wouldn’t waste my time at a counter. I have never had this issue coming in here and then someone who appeared to be the manager was the rudest manager I’ve ever encountered anywhere. She immediately tells us we have to buy something to use the bathroom. Should I grab my stuff and then go to the bathroom with it? Exactly what I said to her. Unbelievable service. There’s been times these doors aren’t even locked. As a female I had to go into the men’s bathroom for whatever reason. Rude management.

always the slowest drive thru. consistently spend 10-15 mins on line with 3 or 4 cars waiting to order ahead of me. inside isn’t any better with having to listen to the gen z slang speech.

It seems like the staff just aren’t pleasant at all and they get the orders wrong. Was there yesterday and I was waiting for my roommate to get his order and noticed 2 different employees going around the corner by the bathrooms just to be on their phones while people are waiting.

I want to give props to Jade, who was wonderful. I frequent this store and I’m usually greeted by friendly, but incompetent children. Jade took our order, helped us determine what donuts were available, double checked our order and at the window needed no reminder as to what we bought. I do not know her and have never met her but I was beyond impressed with how efficient and pleasant she was. Pun intended.

Whoever is in charge here.. teamwork does not exist for the afternoon crew. A small afternoon rush should not result in waiting 15+ mins for the WRONG SANDWICHES, “snacking bacon” that was just regular sandwich bacon thrown into a bag, greasy burnt bacon and 2 bags of greasy soaking wet nasty hashbrowns for free in my bag as a “sorry it took so long”. Embarrassing.

This new location opened in May 2019. The interior is mostly bare, with ~8 sitting areas. This location is definitely suited more for drive thru than it is for dining in. The new employees don’t seem like they know what they’re doing, and rely on the manager to make each order.

The worst place ever. Us and one couple were there waiting with one cash register down. As they were helping the other woman, all the other 5 people were pretending to work and not take our order and there was nobody in the drive through. Other worker had her friend there just hanging out. We walked out.

this particular location has a recurring issue that makes me very concerned. Every time I order hot food here ( hash browns mostly ) , it has a strong artificial, almost plastic or chemical taste. It’s not something I’ve experienced at other Dunkin’ stores, so I don’t believe it’s the standard recipes or ingredients , it seems specific to this location. The “flavor” is so strong that it makes the food nearly inedible, and I worry it may be caused by improper cleaning practices or chemical residue on equipment. If cleaning products are not being rinsed off correctly, that could pose a serious health risk to customers. I’m leaving this review because I believe higher management should be aware of this issue. I don’t want to see customers get sick, and I also know most Dunkin’ stores don’t have this problem. I hope this location can be inspected and corrected quickly so the food quality matches the usual standards.

Have ordered many caramel macchiatos, from here with only 1 mistake. The hash browns have always been perfect, and it’s a new and quite well taken care of location. Plenty of parking is available, however one of the roads that it is on is one way, so getting into the lot can be difficult in traffic.
