The drink and food were all fine. The service was very slow. We sat at the drive through ordering area for 10 minutes. Many of the cars were pulling out of line and driving away. I was determined though to get my dunks.. It would have been nicer. If whoever was working behind the headphones taking orders would’ve simply said I’ll be with you in a few minutes. Went to dunkin today to get a Latte and some food and i asked for cold foam on both my drinks, but when i get to the window the gave me my drinks without cold foam and when i tell them i ordered it with cold foam they tell me they’ll have to charge me again. why should i have to pay for there mistakes and instead of them telling me they’ll make it the way i asked for it they tell me they are charging me extra for it and that they don’t like our attitude. then they only give us one drink and try to make us leave without giving us all are things we paid for. Worse Customer service out there. Hope you know i Know your Boss an i’m good friends with them so if you want to be rude to your customer and have a crappy attitude we’ll see how long you stay there.

This location has been a mess since the current manager took over. She makes customers uncomfortable with how she speaks to her employees. They work anxiously in fear – that will NEVER help your business. If you want to be staffed reliably, have minimal mistakes on orders and better reviews, management needs to be replaced. Threatening to call cops on an employee if they show to a shift because she had to leave to get her child? So she quit? There are posts on social media AT LEAST once a week regarding this manager. Ive witnessed the turn over rate – you have a problem with your management. It needs to be fixed and addressed. It’s cruel and I’m sick of it.

Will NOT put whipped cream on any cold drinks even if you ask to pay extra, refuses to put cold foam on a hot drink even when trying to pay extra. It makes my whole drink to put cold foam on it, it cools it down and makes it creamier! Rude service!

Two weeks ago I went to Dd with my son as he took me out. I ordered the 5 dollar meal. My wake up wraps had black spots on it. When I went back in I spoke with the manager I showed her my wraps and she replied oh it’s only burnt crumbs from orders. So I asked what are you going to do about it she just looked at me. So I started explaining what I saw. I told her that I watched the woman cooking and preparing orders how she used the same brown paper for all the orders. The counter is filled with burnt junk. And also I watched the same worker take tater tots from the warmer and place some in a paper serving envelope put them in the order bag. Put the tater tots on the tray on the counter where they sat for a few minutes along with my wraps without anything under them on the dirty counter. She picked up the tray dumped what was on there back in the machine that heats them. Finished my wraps put them in their serving envelopes. Then took out reheated tater tots and put them in their serving envelope put them in a bag and gave them to a drive through order. Finished my son’s order. Then She asked would you like a new one. I said yes she told the worker make sure you change the paper. I still endered with burnt crumbs on my food as they didn’t clean the counter is won’t order cooked items again.

They are always understaffed and the staff they do have is VERY RUDE! We were denied drive through service because they were too busy chatting in the back room and when we politely knocked on the window to get someone’s attention, she instantly told us to leave. The person in front of us must have waited too long because they left without there order.

Found a rock in a bagel! Called to talk to the manger she told me they don’t do that.. I don’t want another bagel or any money back from it but someone there should be held responsible. What does that manger do after she told me they don’t do that and I said yeah you did and she hung up! Wow great manger you have there. fights with you and think it’s okay to talk to people however she sees fit.

I took my mom to Dunkin’ Donuts for breakfast this morning, and the person making the food kept reusing the baking sheets which are supposed to be changed after every use per food safety regulations, they put the food on top of a dirty counter leaving crumbs from who knows what that was burnt on my moms wake up wraps, they seriously need to correct this before they make someone sick!

The manager is extremely rude to not just her employees, but her customers. I’ve seen her throw food at somebody in the drive thru, swear at customers & employees. And when addressed about her behavior she kicks them out. The day shift group is hostile, mean & extremely unprofessional. Along with always having hair in my food. My drink is never stirred. Coffee tastes different every day, any other Dunkin I’ve gone to does it fine. I’ve heard not many like this manager, she should really go.
Along with a confirmed mrsa employee doesn’t make many want to go.
