Ordered a medium iced mocha latte and was asked how much mocha I wanted, I said normal amount which should be 3. Receipt and drink was listed as 2 caramel, not even close. Also took 10 minutes and me having to ask for them to give me my donut.

They usually have my order done perfectly! I do switch up monthly to maybe every other depending on when they switch their flavors and what diet I’m following. I do love their new breakfast taco, which I’ve gotten almost every day with my black iced butter pecan coffee. It’s been so good each time besides today! I was super annoyed to bite into cold eggs! It was actually enough to gross me out that I don’t think I’ll order that for a while. Maybe because it was after 3:00! Do y’all do like a shift change around then? I’ll have to make sure i stick to my normal like noontime. Other than that y’all kill it.

This was my final attempt here… Needed donuts for work this morning… I walked up to the barrier to order. The manager asked if I had a to go order I said no. He said nothing and went back to working on “to go” orders. 5 minutes later an elderly man walked up to the barrier stepped infront of me. A girl behind the counter asked him how he was, the usual?? Then began making his order… asking the manager to take his payment. The manager said nothing to her about me waiting… Then went back to working on to go orders. Here’s a tip for you clowns, when a customer is willing to take the time to personally come into a business treat them better than a phone order……. Don’t worry it won’t be me ever again…

If I could give them 0 stars I would. We order bagel bite and they were not cooked at all and we’re cold, sourdough bacon egg and cheese sandwich was nasty because they burnt the bread, didn’t melt the cheese, and the bacon was not cooked fully. The service has gone down hill and they have no concept of time what so ever. Yeah they get busy but they take their sweet time getting the orders out to customers. I get it times are hard and people need help, but that is when you as employees should step up and take your job seriously and not act like a child about it. Your service today was awful and very impatient and slow beyond belief. Milton Vermont dunk is not a place I will recommend to anyone ever again. They used to do great and now they suck. Also when someone says a chai latte that doesn’t mean add oat milk in it. That was nasty beyond anything. I think your employees need better training and the lady in the purple fuzzy hoodie shouldn’t be sitting there on her phone doing nother and I hope she washed her hands after taking the trash out.

Waited 20 minutes in line, got to the order screen and the are out of whip cream, alright. Got the window, food came out waited for my coffee.. pull off to realize they forgot my bacon. Politely call to ask them to bring it out the front door because I have a sick toddler and a sleeping newborn in my car.
