I live in Georgia (VT) and used to go to this Dunkin every Saturday morning for a few years. Idk if management has changed or what but the last 6+ months the wait in the drive through, or even ordering ahead and picking up in store has been horrendous. The last two months I have driven to Essex to go to Starbucks because they’re fast and reliable every single time. I gave this Dunkins a shot this morning, and I had to leave because after 25 minutes of ordering one coffee, it wasn’t done and they couldn’t find my order and litterally no one would help me and make my coffee, and got attitude along with it. I will never go back to this Dunkins. Corporate needs to do something about this location. There seems to be absolutely no organization or management in site, it’s a free for all.

The amount of times Ive sat in the drive thru or line for almost an hour is crazy. Majority of the time we do mobile orders, which seems simple enough but they’re either extremely understaffed or slow because we always have a 30+ minute wait. A half hour or more for a BAGEL.
Edit : I got my bagels, they were ice cold and soggy, and TWICE. I’ve gone back multiple times, recently they take almost 20-30 minutes, you get awful service and food. Employee didn’t even bother asking to take them back, what the hell? I got a macha latte once as well, it tasted like straight black coffee. How do you mess up a macha latte..
Overall, I’m tired of this place, it used to be great but clearly they need better staff or something!!!

I ordered my to go order at 10:40AM got to the drive-thru at 10:55am and didn’t get my order until 12:05pm. I waited.in line at the drive-thru for over an hour and had been handed a frozen coffee which was just water at that point and a frozen breakfast sandwich which should’ve been made fresh at the time I reached the drive-up order microphone. This was extremely upsetting and I tried to cancel my order but the Dunkin app was just as bad as the service I experienced. I will not be placing any mobile orders at this location in the future.

Place a mobile order get there with maybe five cars ahead of me waited for over 30 minutes and only moved up maybe two spots. This is unacceptable and I will be calling corporate to get my money back and a refund since they don’t allow that on the app.

I don’t want to disrespect all the employees here, some are very hard working and caring, running around like chickens with their heads cut off trying to get customers their orders. However, this location is WAY TO BUSY, and many of the staff are just puttering around doing the bare minimum, exacerbating the situation further, which is a understaffed and overly busy most of the time to begin with. Dunkin is supposed to be the fastest of fast food, it’s literally basic breakfast sandwiches, donuts, and coffee. Routinely waiting almost an hour for a couple of drinks is absurd! The staff also have no organization and just throw all the items on the counter and don’t even say who’s it is so everybody is fighting to look to see if their food or drinks are ready. Milton desperately needs a Dunkin that is a independent dedicated location or to open up another location. This has gotten absurd! Not a one time thing either, this is basically every morning they are overloaded and making customers wait absurd amounts of time for basic simple orders!

If I could give zero I would.
Went to this dunking 7/16/25 and asked for my drink with no ice and explained that I knew it wouldn’t be full to the top and that was fine I just didnt want my drink all watered down.
I was the charged a dollar for no ice, without my knowledge, only noticed it when I saw the receipt and then the women behind the counter proceeded to just top my drink off with sparkling water and no extra flavoring.
In the end I had a watered down $6 drink that was so nasty I had to dump it down the drain after 3 sips.
I will never go back to this location, this fee was not explained to me, my drink was filled to the top without my permission and I ended up with a nasty drink that I couldn’t return because I was at work.

I order a large matcha latte light on the ice and they tried to give me half of a large drink in large cup saying it’s because I wanted less ice! I have never had this happen i asked for my money back and left. They lost a good customer and I will tell people not to go there

Boston cream donut was placed frosted side down so the frosting came completely off in the bag. Also, my coffee didn’t have sweetener added when I ask for 3 squirts of caramel sweetener, in turn was shocked to sip super bitter coffee. Usually good but today’s service was terrible…
