Usually will go here for my coffees but lately I’ve not had good experiences with my mobile order. I will never go back to this Dunkin. The first time it was a little beetle and thought maybe it just flew into my drink by chance. This time there was a piece of plastic in the drink. Not sure what’s going on there but be careful when you order drinks.

Not very busy but still only half my order was correct my Coco mocha latte didn’t have any of the toppings and then my breakfast sandwich which was supposed to be a sausage egg and cheese. Very kind staff good quality drinks they make exilent foods drinks they’re very friendly with customers they are definitely polite supportive if u ask questions they r helpful i love the cotton candy coolata I order one just everything is so great they sell funny signs at the store store i highly recommend that at the store part people try the sugar free Starbucks energy drink watermelon and blueberry lemonade

This place again Time after Time is rude. The manager with the purple hair is condescending. She tries to belittle you in front of everybody she acts as if you don’t exist. I’ve put in multiple complaints. Dunkin‘s really needs to get rid of this manager and bring in the guy who substitutes there sometimes because that is what a true manager is.

It was a little busy, but they knew what they were doing. Just a line of customers waiting for their order to be finished. Drinks were made perfectly and food was nice and hot, busy or not this was a great Dunkin Experience. (No drive-thru, walk in only)

really bad experiences here. the male cashier that’s working mornings is terribly slow we waited in line to order for 15 minutes when there was only one person in front of us. when we finally got our food not only was the bagel burnt, but the egg was completely raw which could hurt pregnant people’s unborn baby and make anyone else very sick. and the other person i was with they didn’t bother putting the cream cheese on their bagel, and put it on the side. if we wanted to make our own food we wouldn’t have gone out.

Worst experience at a dunkin I have ever had!
The young lady with multiple colored hair (just for frame of reference) gave me more attitude than a 747 full of teenagers forced to listen to their parents music on a loop for week!!!
All because I had to wait for over 40 minutes for a sandwich and some hashbrowns!!!! I was having the feeling that it was going to get thrown at me when I finally did get it!! I also heard her mutter under breath “I know he made it ” Um yeah ok cool…..do you know where it is because I have not left the store sooo ♂️!!
Maybe dealing with the public isn’t for you young lady!! ( Bellows Falls V.T. Dunkin Doughnuts)

Waited 20 min for my food. When I asked they said it was gone a long time ago. Yet I’m standing there waiting. Someone gave it to a different customer. So I waited again. When I got home…the egg was still frozen in the middle. My hashbrowns were overcooked, hard and not edible. I will never go again. will tell others not to go.
