To be honest less then avg experience, customer ands employees talking about porsonal matters upsetting to 1 employee then she seems moody and less patience, the rush to get you out there literally made ordering awkward, trash overflowing outside but 6 people inside. No lines no wait.
What kinda place won’t charge you an upgrade on a combo. Literally wanted to make the med coffee large amd get the breakfast combo. “I can’t has to be medium” wth.. I’ve never been told I couldn’t upgrade something and pay more. I had to al carte my bf and order two coffees bc a medium ain’t cutting it taaaaday. Lol

Messed up our order multiple times, fine whatever we’re chill we can tell em what we actually want (we get the exact same thing every time) when it was time to get our order it was totally wrong, argued with us about what we ordered multiple times and in the end one of the drinks was still wrong, dispite telling them it was wrong and them arguing with us about what we ordered. We’re aware of what we ordered, they took the wrong order down or didn’t listen.
Food taste good, the cooks know their stuff, those who are taking the orders are not friendly. Get the coffee from the Dunkins down the road.

It was gonna be a long ride home so I stopped at Dunkin Donuts. This location is pretty small and it doesn’t have a whole bunch of tables. But I was able to get a frozen chocolate and it was very good. The service here is also pretty good.

Idk whats going on but 2 days in a row. There employees are slow. There’s always a long wait. Got my coffee wrong 2 times and I travel over a hour and half for work. I dont recommend this dunkin. Nobody has the will power to work and make sure coffee are correct.

I ordered the maple bacon croissant sandwich with no egg.It came with an egg on it.And they took one piece of bacon regular, not even the maple sugar bacon, broke it up into six pieces and put it in the center of microsoft.I went back in and said, for almost seven dollars a sandwich.Do you think I could get some bacon on this?The manager sent me out the door and she told me that’s our standard way of doing it.I will never come back to this dunkinI ordered the Maple bacon croissant sandwich with no egg. They are under staffed or over worked. Employees had hard remembering our order. They put drive-thru priority over walk ins. So go in while under staffed you will be on the long waiting list.

Long wait and sucks so bad the drive threw is in different place then the parking lot you can’t pull in we’re all the parking spots are and get to the drive threw you have to pull out into traffic witch it’s the busy side of the store just to pull into the drive threw it’s annoying

I don’t one star, but this place needs to be shut down. It’s so unbelievably dirty and always seems understaffed. I truly have never had one good experience here, and this is the last time I give it a shot.

DD #2 so far today. Not busy. No recognition of our presence in the store, even after speaking to the gentleman behind the counter. Another almost empty donut case. Strike 2. Luckily you can see the next DD from the one you’re at in ME. We’re headed to #3 now.
