Such a joke I ordered 4 things and they messed it all up I got a frozen chocolate with no drizzle and they put drizzle in it then I returned it and all the did was scrape it and I only had 3/4 of the cup left then I also ordered an iced coffee with cold foam and they said to us “you didn’t order that” and we almost had to fight with them to get it then we got our hash browns not even warm and the bagel minis are ice cold this place is such a joke

This dunkin needs some serious training and/or different employees. Today I ordered a breakfast sandwhich and it still had the cheese wrapper attached! Another time recently I ordered 2 breakfast sandwhiches and never got egg or cheese! Another time recently I ordered an avacado toast with bacon and never got the bacon! I will not be coming here again anytime soon!

I went there, and they messed up my drink. i ordered a Carmel craze latte with oatmilk less ice and somehow messed it up with no one inside the restaurant exsept the workers and no one in drive thru they didn’t mix it and add milk like i didn’t ask for milk btw this was around 6/5/23 at 7 pm me so intrigued on how they messsed my order up

Sam was the Associate that helped me inside. She was a delight to speak with. A good look fir Dunkin Donuts. I explained that D.D. all make their frozen coffees different and not all good. She promised to make it right! Best one I’ve ever had!

This place (Norway) is a hit or miss at best. A few of the employees are wonderful and get the order perfect. However there is 1 employee in particular that is young, brown hair, no personality and very rude. She should find another job that doesn’t require ANY contact with the public. Without her I would have definitely given more stars.
