don’t get me wrong, the staff have always been perfectly lovely. they greet you with a smile and everyone wishes you well on your way out. but i have almost never gotten the right order here!! a iced drink instead of a hot one, missing items, and just on my most recent trip instead of a 10 count of muchkins they tried to give me an iced coffee i didn’t order? i’m not sure what is going on but always double check your order here. as far as the food goes, it’s dunkin, so the same as usual.

Tho the restoraunts regular staff are lovely and kind however the manager of the place has been disrespectful and non accommodating. On many days I have visited the Cafe and she has targeted one specific person. I don’t know why because she didn’t do anything. Just sitting there enjoying her purchase as another customer. Later on they started to kick this poor girl out early in the evenings and even went as far as to ban her completely. This girl seems to have a friend but this manager doesn’t say anything about her so I’m not sure why she’s so disrespectful.

Seriously grossest Dunkin sandwich I’ve ever had. Almost $6 for a maple sugar bacon sandwich I would not give to my dog. It won’t let me post a pic here but legit DISGUSTING! My coffee was delicious though but 2 disgusting raw bacon sandwiches overrules the coffee for review.

Great customer service. My friends coffee was made wrong but they were quick to fix it and allowed us to keep the wrongly made one. Clean and spacious facility with a good vibe to sit and enjoy your coffee and a donut.

I ordered a hot coffee, but they gave me a cold one—probably from last night—and didn’t even bother microwaving it before handing it to me. When I went inside to complain, the manager was incredibly rude. She put her hand in my face and started laughing with her coworkers as if my complaint was a joke. She even admitted to giving me old coffee because they were “busy.” So, according to this place, it’s acceptable to serve stale coffee and be disrespectful to customers as long as they’re busy? Is that really company policy? Absolutely unbelievable.

The worst Dunkin’ I have been to by far. The first time I went there, I ordered mobile pick-up. I go up to the door, and it’s locked. I see a guy in there, and he shakes his head and walks away. It was an hour before close, and I had already ordered, so I go through the drive-thru. Which itself wasn’t horrible; I just hate being forced to go through the drive-thru when I select pick-up. The second time I went in, I had ordered mobile pick-up once again for a coffee and doughnuts. I go in, and it’s not at the pick-up station, so I wait. 20 minutes later, I decided to go through the drive-thru because they still hadn’t put it out there. I go through and they give me my coffee, and I tell them I had doughnuts too, and they said that I hadn’t ordered it, even though I had the order on my phone. I just didn’t want to deal with it so I took my coffee and left. Why do they offer pick-up and a pick-up station if they don’t allow you to use it?

DO NOT GO HERE. They will take your payment and ask you to pull up to the second window and then forget about you there. This has happened to me 3 times and each time they have to ask me what I ordered again.

Not impressed. We asked the women taking our order for one second since we didn’t know what we wanted because we never go to Dunkin…this is probably why lol, & the lady taking our order says “your one second is up”. Didn’t get straws was double charge for an order of the ham & Swiss sliders. We only wanted one order, and my medium $6 drink wasn’t even filled all the way up. Not like I can drink it anyways seeing I’m driving all the way back to Portland with no straws. But thanks for telling us to do the survey & to make sure to say how “AMAZING” you all are!!
