Just got the $6 meal deal and asked for a black coffee with 4 sugars got a coffee loaded with dairy which I am ALLERGIC too after the lady asked me if I wanted cream and I said no. Sandwhich looked like garbage as well. I work 2 minutes down the road I’ll never come back here

Walked in, stood at the counter for about 5 minutes, then left. NO ONE else was there. The drive thru was NOT packed. There were TWO employees. We were NEVER even acknowledged. I may be a short woman, but I was with a 6″4′ man. Can’t say you didn’t see us. Absolutely ridiculous. ZERO STARS

Not only do they make mediocre food, you can expect to wait 35 minutes for it and you can also expect someone whose order was placed AFTER yours to be served before you. Absolute garbage service. I live a half mile away and I will never, ever go here again. What a nightmare. Oh and they won’t give you a straw for your cold drink. Good luck drinking it!

I had a fantastic experience! Katherine and the other young lady working with her were both incredibly kind and professional. They were super friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. Their hard work and positive attitudes really stood out, and they made the entire experience much smoother. Highly recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts.

There are few polite and considerate young men and women who work the later shifts that really make some great coffee. They do get my order wrong from time to time but they still make it tasteful enough to still drink it lol. I aint gonna complain They get pretty busy so it’s understandable if they don’t always get the orders right. I still will return just because they always greet with a smile and a hello what can I get for you today. Half of these employees are just getting out in this world and this is probably their first job so I take their mishaps as still learning ☺️ great job to you youngins!!

Went in to grab the Bonfire S’mores frozen coffee and a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant wrap. The frozen coffee was made, but it didn’t have the graham cracker topping which wasn’t a problem because they ran out anyways.
About 20 minutes later as other peoples orders were being taken and cashed out, I still didn’t receive the bacon egg and cheese on a croissant that I asked for. I left with just my drink and left my breakfast sandwich behind without a refund.
The lady taking my order gave me the dirtiest look when I came in to order, also didn’t look like she wanted to do her job and acted very rude. Good way to lose customers.

Sat in drive threw for almost 30 mins their was only 2 cars in front of me. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese croissant got a bagel. They got both my drink orders wrong. This Dunkin use to be great now they have become the worst. I go there every morning even though I drive by 5 others to go to work.they are rude unprofessional and more expensive than the other Dunkin
