We came to this Dunkin location early in the morning just now to grab quick coffees. There were three young ladies working inside, getting set up for the day. As we were waiting for our coffees, one of the ladies started to talk to the other one about what great team work she thought they exhibited yesterday and how they helped support each other throughout the day or time and how great it was and how she just wanted to acknowledge it and call it out. The other employee was visibly excited to get the feedback and praise. My wife and I both left utterly impressed by this exchange. Coming from the corporate world we would have hired her in a second. We need more of this in America!

Duncan equals rude! I was in line at drive thru and she was so rude to the guy in front of me . He apparently ordered online and the doors the were locked so he went drive thru and she wouldn’t give him his drink even though it was right there . She was very rude to the customer . And if I wasn’t late for work and already placed my order I would have left! There’s no need to be that rude and nasty !

Used to be great. They don’t open at 4:30 like its listed on its store. Whoever is opening now can’t really handle the pressure, and often in the drivethru it gets really backed up. It’s a shame. I loved this place because I could get a morning coffee.

The people that work there are rude to their customers, there’s flies all over the place that land all over the donuts that they serve to the customers, and the people that are in control of that place are rude to the people that work for them. It’s the worst Dunkin I’ve EVER been to, I will NEVER go back. I suggest you don’t go either you’ll have a terrible experience.
