I’m sad to do this because it used to be my go to Dunkin, but alas, it has fallen to the bottom of the Marianna trench. They get one star for the nice women (maybe the manager) who was helpful, but everyone else seemed incompetent at best. The coffee came out so sweet I could only drink half of it, as well it seems they struggle to keep things in stock, and dont mark it online when they run out. The final nail in the coffin for me was standing in store for 10 minutes (and having one of the workers watch me grab my coffee) only to go up and ask and find out if they were out of something.

Terrible customer service!! Floors are nasty , counters are dirty , manager in store did nothing during an incident between us customers n there employees. (Red haired girl , with tattoos bad attitude . Never agian very disgusted by the whole crew. Refused our refunds even like who runs this place???

Been going here over 3 years. Drive thru keeps moving, even if slowly. But going inside is the worst thing you can do. They let you wait at the register and don’t take your order. They just continously make incoming orders even if they’re placed after you show up. The lobby is full of customers in line and mobile orders waiting around. They aren’t able to systematically handle their orders and keep lines moving. “They’re hiring” under her breathe is what I was told about the 30 minute wait for COFFEE.

The morning crew at this location needs to step up their game.They are downright rude and disrespectful and have no consideration that the fact that they work with people. Customer service is all about first impressions, and when you get coffee in the morning, the person you see behind the counter is probably the first person you see besides the immediate family.And when they have bad attitudes that sets up the day to be absolutely garbage. I am constantly driving out of my own way to go to a different dunkin’ donuts, because I refuse to be treated the way I be treated here. Not sure if this will ever be seen.But if it is, and you want someone to blame, it’s the girls that work in the morning with the different colored hair. I believe theyre sisters

Went through the drive through… then went inside to use the restroom. Door is vacant but locked so I approach the individual working and ask “does the restroom need a key” the reply was “yes”
There’s 2 people in front of me. She goes back to taking the order. I’m patient but also, I’m pretty sure the key isn’t locked away in a safe out back. It’s under the front counter. She continues making the persons coffee. Ok cool, I’ll wait. That customer is sorted. Then she proceeds to help the next customer. Honestly it’s kind of wild that you wouldn’t just take 1 second to slide me the key. At the point more people walked in and I’m sure they’d be tended to before me at this rate so I just walked out. Wild way to treat customers who need to use the bathroom.

Beautiful store. Donuts were on display and clearly labeled. The drink was amazing and the staff were friendly, efficient, and quick.
Not sure how the store on the other end of town that has horrible service and no donuts in display has a better rating than this store but somehow it does.

This location is the worst in all of southern maine. i could put in a mobile order, wait a half hour and then go and it still wont be ready. they have made me late to work countless of times. And are extremely rude and passive aggressive when you ask for an update on your meal.

Ordered a medium iced latte with flavored syrup. First was brought a regular iced coffee (no espresso) and asked it to be remade. Then was brought a drink that I can only assume was pure milk with the “essence” of coffee. Again asked it to be remade. Was then presented a black coffee with one of the flavors put in. Spent a total of 25 minutes waiting for 3 different incorrect drinks before just taking the last incorrectly made drink and leaving so I didn’t have to spend my entire Sunday in their dining room. Would highly recommend taking the time to drive to a different dunkin or even making your coffee at home. Saves time and money. Unless you enjoy paying $6 for a drink with no espresso flavoring or cream.

Super slow. They never read the ticket, always getting stuff made incorrectly. Only one person looked to be dressed for work. The rest are legit in pajamas. Very unprofessional
