Disappointed with my last takeout order. Obviously enough to come make a review. King Hawaiian sandwich came on a regular sesame bun instead of the sweet roll, which there is an upcharge for. Fry holders were only half full. And 6 of the 8 sauces we requested were missing. Who can eat mozz sticks without marinara? Ew

Service is exceptional, the people are very pleasant, I’ve only had a few mistakes on my order, which were so minor, that I didn’t even address the one, and the second was immediately corrected with a very kind apology, both of were during a lunch hour rush, food received has always been hot and delicious. Staff always seems happy and have always had smiles.

Couldn’t even eat this thing. It was a complete mess sauce everywhere and the “wrap” wasn’t even wrapped!! I lifted it up and everything fell out!! Total waste of money!!!!
I really couldn’t be more disappointed. Looks like I paid ten bucks for a fry and coke. Thanks for nothing Arby’s!!!

I went there tonight, which is a Friday. I got in line at 9:06 with three cars ahead of me. I did not get my food until 9:33 and when I got home, realized that they hadn’t give me the drink I paid for. When I was at the pick up window, the employees disappeared for good 5 to 8 minutes. There was nobody there to even say forget it or anything. I will not be Going back there.
