Stopped by this Dunkin’ while passing through North Conway and was super impressed! The service was fast and friendly everyone behind the counter had a great attitude, even though it was busy. My coffee was perfect (got an iced caramel latte) and the breakfast sandwiches were fresh and delicious. The place was clean and had a cozy vibe for a quick stop. Definitely one of the better Dunkin’s I’ve been to. Will be back next time I’m in town!

Worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever visited. Staff were rude, service was extremely slow, and the place was very dirty — tables, floor, and counters all looked neglected. Really disappointing experience.

Best Dunkin I’ve ever been to. I believe his name was Sway, he’s the guy you want to order from. He’s quick, very nice, and never gets anything wrong. He counted my pile of change extremely fast so it wasn’t awkward for me and the people waiting behind me. Thanks Sway, we will be back!!

Nice location, I recently stopped in here during a family vacation and I was very pleased with my experience.
The staff are very friendly and caring, they prepared the order quickly. One time I went in which was a good experience and on my second visit I went through the drive thru, which was a good experience as well.
The location is very clean and taken care of, there is plenty of parking in front, and they are central to everything.

Very unclean. Rude staff. Disorganized. Messy. They were asked to clean the table, but we never saw them clean it. To top it off, trash was all over the floor.

Waited in drive thru for a half an hour just to get a large cup of ice it was supposed to bea large iced coffee it had roughly 4 ounces of coffee the rest was ice I could have gotten a cup of ice anywhere for alot less than 4 bucks but thank you for the cup of ice and the splash of coffee …. I guess I learned where not to go
