I come threw more often then I should and order the same thing but does the cook know the proper fry timing for fries cause if I don’t ask for fresh fries for my carne asada fries I get them either old and just redipped in the fryer or still raw . And what’s going on with the portions $14 for a small little serving I remember when Adolfo’s first opened on 4th street at you get a great serving size for half the price and the quality of food and freshness was on point… idk foods great but the cooks need some proper training on frying gunna end up getting someone sick just my opinion tho not trying to slander just let them fries cook till they are lightly golden brown and crispy not too crispy tho if they are still white and look like a spaghetti noodle there are not done

The food pretty good and the service is okay. I had ordered some Carnitas Fries and an Horchata which I was enjoying but I found a fly frozen in the ice cubes of my drink. Upon bringing it up to one of the employees she said “Oh yeah it happens” which I don’t feel like I need to elaborate more on why I’m giving the place 2 stars. But other than that the music and their layout is pretty neat.

Shout out to Aldofo’s Pueblo West! Not only do they have wonderful food, but they are great neighbors! Today the school made taquitos and ran short on cheese and letuce. I’ve ordered Carne Asada burritos often and love them. The last time I ordered it, they didn’t put guacamole in them. Very annoying. Let us know if you don’t have it or at least give the option of we still want it without the guacamole.

This place has gone down hill in the last few years.
Used to be the last good location in their 3 Restaurants in the area
But as of this year their portion sizes have been cut in half or more. And prices have nearly doubled from this time last year
Not to mention their additional sides cost 4 times what they did last year
And their service is very lack luster
At this point nor sure I will be returning
Plenty of other options in town now. What’s a lot better pricing unlock better customer service
And proper servings

Kind customer service! I ordered the rolled tacos and was excited to try them. Unfortunately, they were soggy and oily. I truly wanted to like it but couldn’t get around the sogginess and oiliness. I love supporting local businesses, but I dont think I will be going back to this particular location. I’m happy about the customer service I received, kind and attentive.
