This is against no worker at Dunkin’s. The lobby was closed today. It is unethical to restriction access to food to those with enough income to own and maintain a car to be able to go through the drive thru. It’s just wrong, anybody should have access to a bite to eat.

More importantly when I called to inform them of their mistake they said they would talk to their manager and call me back. Never received the call back. Poor representation of this New England staple.

Only ordered medium frozen coffee with vanilla and medium hot coffee with cream. For some reason they can only manage to get half the order right and that’s the hot coffee with cream. Have complained about the frozen coffee with vanilla in past but words have fallen on deaf ears. How can one location make it right and others not?

Always good coffee here. Nice staff. I gave this 3 stars because of the entrances to the drive thru. There are 2! Which isn’t fair to the people already in line. There is an entrance at the main road which people that go to that entrance seem to think it’s ok to cut in front of the people who came in from the other entrance. They really need to block one off. I was in the line and 2 people who came after me…got in before me. Fix this please!

Fast friendly service from the ppl in the front sandwich lady was not very polite but one person dose not make the place. I go there often my coffee and good has so far come pit correctly no issues with that “so far” but hey accidents and mess ups happen sometime right!

They never cook the food correctly, it’s always cold. They clearly hire people who can’t follow directions, who the hell gets a bagel sandwich and doesn’t want the bagel toasted? The coffee taste like s***, because clearly the subpar employees they hire don’t know how to make it correctly. And these people want $15 an hour, pathetic!
