I’ve never had an issue asking for a coffee remake before. I had gotten another coffee from Dunkin’s that was completely burnt and that I would not drink. The first girl at the window was super kind and said she’d see what she could do with a smile. Then who I only presume is the manager or shift lead refused to take the burnt coffee in question and charged me another $6.93. Most places have no issue remaking a coffee that’s from their company to make a happy customer. I wasn’t asking for a free coffee. I was asking for a remake. Will not be coming to this particular Dunkin’s again. I’ve never had this issue at any other Dunkin’s or Aroma Joe’s before. Extremely disappointed in leadership customer service.

everytime i order a drink here, i ask for light ice, so it doesn’t melt and turn watery throughout the day as i drink it. everytime they manage to give me EXTRA ice. i 100% get that if i order less ice i might get less drink, but i would prefer that to getting a watered down drink.

Ordered two iced coffees. They put about 3 ice cubes in each one. We asked if we could have more ice, they gave us a cup of ice and charged us an extra $0.71. Poor customer service. After we drove away and took a sip of the coffee it was terrible. It was super weak. I’m very disappointed that I paid extra money for a coffee I didn’t even drink.

It’s not that hard.
***I waited in the curbside pickup, (Only person in the entire parkinglot) Hazards on, for a solid 10 minutes.
All I ordered was A small cold brew that was made wrong despite the label having simple directions. 3 donuts (one glazed, 2 chocolate frosted w/sprinkles.) All 3 shoved together in a bag instead of seperated to keep.
This is a -2 minute order when it’s the ONLY order.

Every time I visit this Dunkin’ Donuts location, I’m constantly amazed at the dedication and hard work of the crew.
