I try to come to this dunks every morning. If there’s more than two cars in the driveway I automatically know I have to drive away. Slowest service of any dunks I’ve been to, I sat in the drive thru for almost 30 minutes with two cars in front of me the other day. Staff always has back turned when I pull up to the window and they wait to check me out until my food is ready, which takes even more time.

Got two wrong orders.order number one was two croissant sandwiches. Got two bagel sandwiches instead. I noticed the discrepancy while still at the location. Wait person was unapologetic but still fixed the order by replacing the sandwiches. When I got home I realized that instead of two jelly donuts I got glazed. I decided to call not for a refund but to just let them know that they really need to listen to the customers better. Unfortunately the person on the phone was the same unapologetic person who was still unapologetic and acted as if it was actually quite alright to get customer orders wrong. This particular Dunkin location has been going downhill for some time, frequently getting orders wrong. These issues are easily fixable with better supervision. It’s bad enough with inflation so when I CAN afford coffee and donuts just please get the orders right! Is that too much to ask?

Yes drive thru can take awhile there’s definitely a contest of who can get to the drive thru first knowing it’ll take anywhere from 5 to 10 minutes longer if you hear them. Kinda funny but considering we’re talking about several ton vehicles safety should be your first concern the donut and coffee will still be there if you’re patient.

I ordered two lattes. And a dozen donuts. After the order was done and everything. I asked the woman what happened to my extra latte. She told me I was only getting one. So basically she was dictating towards me. Not only I didn’t get my extra latte I had to pay extra.

Refuses to give small iced waters for my kids even if I pay. Mediums are too big for children and make a mess in the back seat. Asked for lemon this morning for my tea and the lady said they don’t carry lemon. Food always tastes yuck like unwashed Teflon mats. Definitely not my ideal choice but the closest to me.

I was in the area and I had a freebie from the app. My order went smoothly though they forgot the lemon loaf slice. No biggie, it was easily fixed. Friendly service.
The drama of the staff and customers reminded me of the sitcoms “Cheers ” and “In Living Colour”. This has to be the loudest Dunkin’ I have ever visited.
Plenty of parking ️, free WiFi and drive thru available.

I understand that the climate is not very good for retail, especially these days….i ordereda single extra large coffee…the attitude of the person at the window….it Sucks….by far the slowest Dunkins in the city…..they’re open at 400am through drive-thru…the employees look like they’re angry and just don’t care…this isn’t the 1st visit to this location, But….most likely will!!…☹️

I went to buy a couple gift cards for Christmas, last minute. All I had was a $50 bill, and I intended to buy $50 worth of gift cards. This location, however, does not accept $50 bills, so they lost a customer. I’ve never heard of anything so stupid in my life. I can understand if it was a $50 bill being used for a small purchase and they had to give out all the change in their drawer, But they were going to get to keep the whole $50 bill toward my purchase. I guess the economy is good for Dunkin since they can turn away business like this.

As a DoorDash Driver this place frustrates me they are never on time and the orders are always messed up Myself and my wife were the only two people in the lobby while waiting for our drinks. We had a DoorDash order they took so long I had to unassigned my order, always talking more than working and somebody is always in the bathroom. It’s like high school all over again.
