This Dunkin’s lobby is closed and there isn’t a single thing on the app to say otherwise.
It was meant to be a quick stop and avoid the long drive-thru line. Instead my wife and I had to leave our pickup order abandoned on whatever shelf they place it on.
We made the mistake of forgetting this is easily the worst Dunkin in the Nashua area, if not all of southern New Hampshire.
So buyer beware: they’ll happy take your money and never tell you there’s no way to pick it up.

They get my order wrong nearly every time and I usually have to remind them to please grab the remainder of my order. This has always been the worst dunks in this area.

Every time I come to this Dunks the drive thru is out of control and you can’t even get a parking spot to go in and order due to the ridiculous line coming in at 2 entrances, but it goes fairly quickly and I think I know why…some of the worker’s just do not care about quality customer service.
So, my son doesn’t like eggs they make him nauseous and he doesn’t like and will not eat anything that is burnt. He always gets the same thing every time, 2 bacon and cheese with no egg on English muffins, toasted very, very, very, very lightly (and when they repeat back “lightly toasted” I again say “very (4×) lightly”). These pictures you see in my review happen almost every time we go to this location. I’m a tipper also so when I receive my order like this numerous times it makes me not want to tip anymore when they can’t even get a simple request correct. And that is a total disservice to the few worker’s who actually care about their customers and have a great work ethic because they’re losing out on tips they deserve. I went in once to complain and they blamed it on the oven. If the person making your food knows it’s barely toasted and they have the audacity to wrap it up burnt and give it to their customers instead of remaking it so that you have happy customers and repeat customers. I will no longer be taking my business to this establishment and I get Dunks on a daily basis sometimes more than once. Has anyone else received service like this here??? I’d love to know…thanks!!

We love going to this Dunkin’ to get donuts. This time we got the Halloween/Fall themed donuts. And, they were super cute and delicious!
The employees here are always working nonstop and they work hard too. The drive thru line is long and crazy busy. But, they still take the time to be kind and nice to us when they take our order. We appreciate you guys!

After sitting in the Drive-Thru for 15 minutes this is the sandwich that they produce to me. I would have brought it back in but didn’t realize it till I was miles down the road.

hopefully with them having new workers being interviewed, he gone through training soon look forward to come back and check there service time there is no need for anyone to come to this location for coffee and have to wait 15 to 25 minutes for coffee let alone maybe a sandwich unacceptable time to wait for any sandwich at all over all the reviews against this location 100% recommend to avoid till new employees take over as well as management needs to be monetized due to lack of encouraging employees to work if you see negative reviews on Google more than the reason to encourage your employees to work if not, let them go there’s always young workers that want to actually work

They absolutely suck! Do not go to this Dunkin. Their service sucks and the drive thru is the worst. They take forever to take your order. I have waited over 10 mins for 2 cars in front of me to have there orders taken. Then I have to wait another 5 minutes for them to acknowledge me at the speaker to take my order. I will never go to this Dunkin’s again.

Out of every Dunks I’ve been to this one is so slow with service. My coffee was nasty and I never drank it. And the coffee roll i bought wasn’t fully cooked. I have never in my life of going to dunks had a donut that wasn’t fully cooked. This was just nasty. They need to do better
