They recently changed bakers.Now donut selections are worse than ever. Go to market basket if you want a great lemon or jelly donut. Coffee is still good but has increased greatly in price.

Shout out to the night crew at Dunks! These girls really have their A game on for sure! They are always pleasant to deal with, very respectful and your orders are out quick and fast to say the least! I do not think we have been in once without seeing them smile and with prompt service, and always please and thank you! This goes a long way with us here at the shop. There are 5 of us that go in the later afternoons, 4 to 7pm and not once has our order been wrong, they always go above and beyond when serving us. Thank you ladies, you honestly make a long day so much brighter! Keep up your positive attitudes and strong work ethic because you girls are two of the best we have dealt with in a long time there! Bought Ive Coffee with turbo and Ice water for .79. The older woman at the window when I pulled up didn’t speak, threw coffee at me and my half filled water. Spilt coffee on my blouse. Holy smokes! I said good morning and thanked her at least 3 times and crickets! Going to work dirty.

I took a chance and stopped by Dunkin today to try their Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shakin Espresso from my normal daily Starbucks run. Because it’s $3 cheaper. It WAS NOT worth it! They asked me to pull ahead to the second window, then proceeded to forget about me for 10 minutes, I finally had to get out of my car and walk back up to the window to ask for my coffee…all for the coffee to be burnt and disgusting. Will NEVER be returning.

This Dunkins is awful. Stopped by today hoping they had improved. They haven’t. Still awful and extremely slow service, they always get the order wrong and serve rock hard bagels. I spoke with the supposed manager and she was just as rude trying to speak over me. This is still by and far the worst Dunkins in the area, avoid it.

The manager that was working the morning of 8/18 was the rudest person I have every had to deal with in my entire life. Yes the store was a little busy for 1130am but that doesn’t give you the right to be a miserable person. Your employees are arguing in the front where people can see and when we go up to order is just all attitude. My boyfriend and I noticed they had two bottles of Pumkin Spice Swirl out and that’s my boyfriends FAVORITE so he got excited. When he asked to have it in his coffee, she told him no and they aren’t selling it until the 28th. Mind you, one of the bottles was already partially gone and she goes yes, my employees have been using it then proceeds to turn around and shove the bottles behind the coffee machines out of view. We then went to order croissant sandwiches and she literally yelled no croissants only plain bagels. So we decided not to get the food just the drink. After we order, she goes on a rant about how she hates working there and needs a new job and this is why she is stuck here because he employees aren’t doing there job. Worst service of my life! Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t go back.

You guys and gals of course deserve a shout out for putting up with what you deal with on a daily!
