If you aren’t gonna have walk in orders, and only drive-through orders on the mobile app, you should really update it so it reflects that. I walked out of my car to find the door locked, and I’m sitting here in the pouring rain with a backed up drive-through, and I was expecting to just walk in and grab my coffee. Also- not the first time this has happened.

Hit or miss. Wraps are overcooked or undercooked and often they forget the sugar and it sucks when you get a mile down the road and your coffee isn’t right.

The employees at this dunks are insanely kind. They double check decaf orders, which is super important for those of us with medical conditions so thank you to them for that! They’re lovely and accommodating. My coffee here is always right and consistent. Any new englander knows how hard consistency is to find with dunks coffee LOL

I absolutely love the morning staff at this location. I come here every morning and order the same latte. Today I forgot to ask for whipped cream and when they saw me they asked if I wanted the whipped cream I know it’s something so small but it made my day. They’re so friendly and I want them to know how much I appreciate them
