The coffee is fine but the drive through lady needs an attitude adjustment. The level of disrespect given to customers making a simple order at 11 am is ridiculous. I’d highly recommend hiring better staff that has a lighter touch to work drive through. Receipt said Kaitlyn but when we asked for the name of who took our order we got the run around and more sass. Would not recommend this location

You guys have like one job and it’s not even that hard, I’ve worked at a dunks before if you think it’s hard you’re just lazy. Every time me and my wife come here for a coffee you guys completely butcher it. All you have to do is listen drop the order down look at the tag and make a coffee exactly how the tag says. I clearly asked for eight cream yesterday and somehow they could not hear eight in heard three. I could have went back and got it fixed but by the point I noticed I was not close to the store anymore. Will not be back

Placed a large order on the app 24 hours in advance. Everything was ready when I got there. The employees were very helpful and professional. It was a pleasant experience.

This Dunkin’ Donuts needs serious attention from management. I placed an order through the drive-through and it came out wrong. I politely pointed it out to the person at the window, and instead of fixing it with any kind of professionalism, I was met with pure attitude — like I’d done something wrong for asking for what I actually ordered.
When I finally got my corrected order, it was still incomplete. To top it off, the employee tried to keep my change until I asked for it back. Completely unacceptable behavior. If this is how they treat paying customers, it’s no wonder people are going elsewhere for their coffee. Train your staff or replace them — this was beyond disrespectful. Also get a working number, yours is out of service

I love this DD but the last few times I have gone for coffee, whether hot or iced, the coffee tastes really off. Like it’s bitter or almost sour.

Terrible service and quality control. Some of the employees are okay but others are terrible. I’m not sure what the employees name is but she is tall and blonde, everytime I encounter her she never greets me or uses basic manners. I’ve had pleasant experiences with an employee who has purple hair, she is always nice but that doesn’t outweigh their quality control!!

Drive thru and inside were busy and staff were doing a good job keeping up. Wifi available. I ordered munchkins to wash the coffee ☕ down.
You may want to order online and go inside for quicker service if you don’t mind getting out of your vehicle.
Recent renovations look good. Bathroom was in good condition. Dine in available. The mural is gone.

Terrible service. They disconnected their phone number so no one can call them or speak to a manager. Its been numerous times I have recieved burnt food and even COLD food which I didn’t know would be possible. There is a teenage blonde girl who always checks me out at the drive thru and she doesn’t speak a single word just smiles at u in a sarcastic manner, my daughter says she is always giving her rude looks and attitude.
Last time my daughter went through the drive thru they shut food down more than an hour before closing, she ordered 2 of the same drink— got up there and the blonde girl only rang out one gave it to her and shut the window. She said she ordered 2 and the girl rolled her eyes and just walked away without saying anything. finally she gave the drink and that sarcastic smile again!!

Just wanna say I put in a mobile order today 7/28/25 and I was VERY happy to see the staff was given an AC unit to work with.
I was there a few days ago and noticed the extreme heat that they were working in. Everyone was visibly uncomfortable. Glad management stepped up to support the staff.
I recognize some of the employees as I go inside often, so it was difficult seeing all of them struggle. Shoutout to the Ashleigh Drive team!

I was going to go to Starbucks to try something from their Christmas menu today but I had such a bad experience there last time from several employees that in a split second I decided I would go to Dunkin instead. I tried the Signature Cookie Latte and was met with a very pleasant employee at the drive through window. She asked me how I was doing and it felt very intentional which I appreciated. They were fast and the gentleman who gave me my drink made sure I had a straw and also said, ‘’Have a great day!’’ It’s really the simple things like this that show me whoever is managing and hiring at this location is aware how important customer service skills are. The employees are pleasant and generally happy, which is RARE to find at many establishments these days. This experience alone will make me come back again to this location. Not to mention the drink was delicious and very well made!!! Well done, Dunks!! 10/10!
