This Dunkin never runs properly. Seen the staff turnover a few times already. Their only consistency is how consistent screw ups are. 4 out of 5 orders will give you a wrong or poorly made drink. At this point that same statistic applies to how frequently the food has made me sick. I live right near this one and it’s worth the gas to go to the Dunkin in Gansett because you’ll actually get what you pay for. The owner of the Wakefield one even emailed me after I complained to corporate about the food, trying to say “IT COULD HAVE BEEN ANYTHING YOU ATE”. Great way to treat your customers. Maybe if they bothered to run their business better, the employees might be inclined to do their jobs better.

Ordered 2 refreshers today and virtually no flavoring was added to either. Just got handed a green tea and a lemonade with the tiniest pink tint I’ve ever seen. Taste it and the lemonade is sour as well. Awful

I walked in the Dunkin this morning already expecting treacherous service, but the service I got today was absolutely horrendous I will never comeback here. I walked in and the woman taking my order took 15 minute to even attempt to put in my order. She asked for help and the woman said she was to busy to help, so being that I worked at this Dunkin for two years and this woman obviously won’t be receiving help anytime soon I offered to help her. She flipped the screen around and I typed in my OWN order in less then a minute, the woman on drinks literally screamed into the entire lobby yelling at ME because I was helping. So they brought someone else over to help and she completely deleted the entire order I rung in myself, (completely correct by the way.) and then proceeded to take another ten minutes to put in the order because they STILL didn’t understand the machine. Never in my life have I had to put in my own order due to lack of management and then get yelled at about it in front of an entire lobby.
Edit: come to find out, my mother orders decaf lattes due to her having a fatal heart condition (AFIB) we specify this with this Dunkin, and when we left we realized they didn’t even take the time to brew a decaf shot for her latte, and she left with a caffeinated coffee.

I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this Dunkin’ Donuts in Wakefield, Rhode Island. Customers were standing at the counter for several minutes without being acknowledged , myself included. I watched multiple people come in, wait patiently, and receive no greeting, no eye contact, and no indication that their orders would be taken anytime soon.
When someone politely asked if the staff was ready to take an order, the response was rude and dismissive. There was no rush, no apology, and no sense of urgency or professionalism.
This wasn’t a matter of being short-staffed it was a matter of poor attitude and disregard for customers. Everyone deserves to be treated with basic respect, and that was clearly lacking.
I hope management addresses this, because it reflects very poorly on the brand and the location

I had a very disappointing experience at this dunkin due to unprofessional behavior of the staff. From the moment I walked in no one even acknowledged me. They were more interested in chatting with eachother then helping customers. .when I finally did place my order they were rude and dismissive. On top of that my order was wrong and when I politely pointed it out I was met with eye rolls and attitude rather than a simple apology or correction. Its one thing to make a mistake but the way it was handled was completely unacceptable. I expect a basic level of courtesy and professionalism when visiting a establishment and unfortunately it was clearly lacking here. Definitely not coming back.

Im a regular customer and generous tipper for 2 years. Was completely embarrassed and made a spectacle of by a woman on the cash register this morning because I expressed indecision ordering a ‘Mocha’ and asked what it was. Lady shouted ‘I’m not here to extract your order from you.’ I remained kind and patiently endured being made a fool of. Coffee is important, fortunately there’s loads of other places nearby. The staff at Starbucks, just a block away has a better attitude, and seems friendlier.

This place used to be alright, getting your coffee slightly wrong occasionally is no big deal and is to be expected from time to time honestly, but now it’s like they don’t even read your order they just make whatever they feel like, I stopped going because 4 times in a row my coffee was completely wrong every time AND always regular even though I order decaf. Also some of the staff are REALLY rude here!

I am writing to bring to your attention an ongoing issue I’ve experienced at the Dunkin’ across the street from the Shaws market in Wakefield. Unfortunately, nearly every time I visit this store, my order is either made incorrectly or items are missing.
What I find frustrating is that my order is always repeated back to me, yet when I receive it, items are often missing, prepared incorrectly, served cold, or barely toasted. Instead of using the drive-through lately, I’ve gone inside, and I’ve noticed the employees rushing through orders, speaking so quickly it’s hard to keep up. On top of that, there seems to be a lot of fooling around, which makes it clear that accuracy is not being prioritized.
I truly enjoy Dunkin’, but the lack of accuracy and consistency at this location has been very disappointing. I would appreciate it if this matter could be addressed with the staff and management to ensure that orders are fulfilled correctly, completely, and with the quality Dunkin’ is known for.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
