i’ve been coming to this dunkin for years and normally i like it. The past few months everytime i come and order the avocado toast my toast is just completely not toasted? i’m not sure why but at least my coffee was good

I’ve seen this Dunkin go through a lot of staff changes over the year. Some great, some not so great. Typically, service is pretty good, and in years gone by, I would say very friendly. They keep pretty good hours, and the line usually moves pretty fast. Sometimes, there’s a little congestion at the entry, and other drivers can get quite aggressive attempting to cut the line. Via the bank parking lot. All in all, it’s not too bad for a dunkin.

Well I always love going into dunkies to get my coffee with cold foam. It’s a mobile order that I do frequently. I put it in as a walk in. Sometimes my coffee is without cold foam. Sometimes I go without it and say nothing. Then I realized I’m charged 35 cents for it

So today 12/27 i walked in and my coffee wasn’t at its usual spot. So I asked if they received a mobile order under my name. The employee at the counter said you did it wrong, you put it for drive thru. My reply was i didn’t do anything wrong and showed him my order label that said walk in. I then noticed I didn’t have cold foam….. Again… so I said I normally don’t do this but can I please have the cold foam thats ordered. I showed then the label again. Then another woman employee said well you need to order your coffee and pick it up on time to enjoy your coldfoam.

We finally got a substantial amount of snow so I said that wasn’t an option for me ma’am and I feel like I can’t do anything right by you guys this morning. Even if I was late picking up my coldfoam coffee my coffee would’ve been lighter and there’s always some cold foam remaining under the cover. No cold foam was added to my coffee and everything was my fault apparently. I was on my way to work feeling pretty fabulous until I walked into dunkin this morning.

That bums me out because the dunkins near Dave’s, even tho it can be a pain with drive thru lines, was always the go to because employees had the best attitude.

Snow makes me cranky too sometimes but leave it at the door folks!

The most horrible service I have ever had. Kim is not very nice when she is clearly wrong. The customer is ALWAYS right. She misunderstood my order and embarrassed my family. I have lived in Cumberland for 22 years and I have never been so disappointed. I am going to actively pursue this just because she still thinks she’s right. Kim H needs to be trained or retrained so this doesn’t happen to another guest. I will never recommend this branch to anyone.

MAJOR room for improvement. I couldn’t believe what I just experienced as I was in the drive-thru line. We had a relatively small order, only having 3 donuts, 1 bagel, and a beverage. This order should not have taken as long as it did. I ordered and went up to the pickup window and that is where the mayhem began. We got our donuts and bagel without any trouble, and they said they would be “right back” with the beverage. Well, to put it straight, that did NOT happen! There was no line when we went up to the drive thru and by the time we were done they were almost leading into another establishments parking lot. After around 10 minutes, another person (not the original person) decided to come to the window. They asked what we were waiting for. Excuse me? It’s not like we’ve been here for 10 minutes. We told them we needed the beverage, and a few minutes later they finally came back with the drink. When they handed me the drink, we still said thank you and the worker had no interest in talking to us. He didn’t say you’re welcome, and abruptly closed the window. So frustrating. On a side note, their prices are outlandish. For some reason a large Strawberry Dragon Fruit Refresher costs upwards of 4 dollars. In other locations, in the same county, it will be around $3.50. This is horrible, what can cause these prices to hike so much? Overall, there is so much room for improvement. I hope that improvements can be made, as I am a former Dunkin enthusiast and regular visitor.

Horrible service ! They act like you’re bothering them to place an order ! Then they yell at you when you ask to see the sizes of the coffee and call you weird when ask to see the size cups for coffee! I walked out and went somewhere else. The guy with the dredlocks should be fired if he doesn’t want his job and the other guy tonight that yells at you 1/19/23 also should be fired for treating people like this!!!!
