Never had an issue with a Dunkin before, the women working at window handed me an iced coffee without a straw, and I waited at the window for a long minute until she stopped talking to her co worker, honked to get her attention because there was a line forming behind us and she still hadn’t returned to the window or even looked my way when she returned she had the audacity to say “Are you waiting for something else the attitude isn’t needed at all” when no one gave her any? You gave me an iced coffee without a way to drink it.

Normally, the people working here are awesome! Whoever has been assigned to food in the early afternoon, however, never makes my sandwich correctly. It’s not hard to make an order correctly when it describes how it should be made not only on the tag for mobile orders but is displayed right over where the food is being prepared. A little more attention to detail would be nice.

One of the worst Dunkin I have been to all because the employees hate their job. They will frequently shut the store down to go smoke out front, but tonight specifically they did not want to make any frozen beverages because they already closed the store down. It is only 825 and they already have the front doors locked what lazy lazy people working tonight especially!!!!

Not once have I come here and they actually get an order right. So I’m finally writing a review. I ordered a large hot chocolate and as a past employee of different dunkins(6 yrs) I know its not that hard to make at 1030 with absolutely no other customers. But I get a medium and the girl says thank you and keeps my change. I always tip but at least offer me my money.

I went through the drive thru at about 730am and the man that handed me my drink was SUPER rude. I said “thank you so much and have a great day” and got no response either time nor did he say anything as he handed me my drink. Very miserable hipster looking weirdo. Wouldn’t recommend. Customer service of hipster male was disgusting!

ALL dunkins are getting terrible, what’s so hard about making a regular coffee. I asked for a small regular iced coffee and it Cleary says it on the sticker yet I get a coffee with hardly no ice and it’s kinda dark and no sugar, really !!??? And that’s why I didn’t leave a tip!

Girl working drive through in pm with red/ blonde her is extremely rude. Kept assuming I was done ordering. Kept cutting me off as I was trying to to her how I wanted my coffee. Chick has no business working in a customer service type capacity. Gonna do to different Dunkin’ Donuts every night till I’m positive she’s been fired or moved on.

The single most incredible customer service experience I’ve ever had in a Dunkin. I had to double check I wasn’t sitting in a small local coffee shop. Staff knew every customer and greeted them and myself (not a local) by first name and with a little banter. Big props to the crew at this Dunkin.
