I think even 1 star is too much foe THIS dunkin’ by far the worst I have ever been to. On a Tuesday at 10am no one at drive thru I pull up these girls have to finish their conversation making me wait … OK then I order finally get to window wait another 8 mins for them to take payment..ok whatever I just want my coffee 37 mins later… I get coffee they made it wrong!!! I bring back in and I’m told ” I made what’s on the sticker” I say I don’t even want it at this point give me my money back…they refused a refund …. make coffee again giving me a cup of milk and a splash of espresso….GrOSS!! From customer service to coffee they suck stay away at all cost take your money else where

I typically only go to this location because they make espresso drinks better than others on the Island 🙂 not sure if this was intentional by someone I know, or completely random, but this totally made my day and was much needed this morning! Thank you so much 🙂

This is a consistently good Dunkin on the island. Of all of them in newport and middletown, this one is the one I frequent. The staff is nice, and they don’t give an attitude if you have a problem with your order or something doesn’t taste right. They will remake it or fix it for you. Sometimes, they are understaffed, so you have to wait an extra minute or two, but they try to be pleasant. Overall, this is the one I’d recommend to go to.

Just an example of how much the staff doesn’t pay attention my sticker on my hot coffee says large iced coffee yet somehow I am still holding a hot coffee my receipt says iced coffee yet they still made me a hot coffee multiple times they could have seen this and corrected it and yet they continue to give me the hot coffee this is not just a one-time Occurrence at this place and I wish when using doordash I had the choice of which Dunkin Donuts I would get my delivery from because I would never choose this one
