While the counter staff if friendly, I would not recommend this location especially in the morning. The manager consistently has only 3 girls working the busiest time of day, and only 2 are actually helping customers. The line ends up at the door with the workers scrambling to wait on them while also filling orders coming in via the DD app. I was 4th in line with 5 people behind me today. It took 10 minutes to get to the counter for a coffee. Then she got my order wrong because she was trying to be as quick as possible, only I didn’t know it until I was on the road and took a sip. Definitely NOT the place to go for a quick coffee.

The employees are fantastic! I’m a type 1 diabetic. My blood sugar dropped extremely low. No money in pocket. They were kind enough to give me a donut!! Thank you so very much to the employee that literally saved my life!!

I have been a regular customer at this location for quite some time, and they’re usually very friendly , great customer service and always have my order right. And I have to say the drive-through wait time is great compared to other locations. I don’t know how they organize it but time management is not a problem through the drive-thru. Which is what I am basing my customer service on. Because I’m literally on the go all the time. But for the last month the window cash register person at the drive-thru around the time that I go at 8:30am to 9 ish , does not have great customer service and not friendly at all. She doesn’t greet you when you drive up to the window like the other girls that work there , and she doesn’t give you the total so you literally have to look at the little box where it gives you the total, it’s ridiculous. She could at least skip the hi and say how much but she doesn’t. She also doesn’t give you napkins and she doesn’t give you the receipt. And I could understand that everybody has a bad day once in awhile, but everyday is not good for business. I honestly would just station her somewhere else that is not the window or the front counter. Other than the customer service lately this is a very convenient, fast and clean Dunkin Donuts.
