I live here year round and will make sure I never go to this Dunkin again, if you go here you must be pretty desperate. Here’s the ‘toasted’ bagel + almost no cream cheese..? This is a repeating pattern of service here. Never again LOL, this place is a joke. Dunkin’ Donuts needs a competitor

Be careful they rush your order and rush you out! I wanted to use the app but they say I had a 10$ bill and went so fast I couldn’t ask to use my app. Too fast no one was in line after me. They where rude and made me feel uncomfortable.

Very rude staff member that told me to “put the cream cheese on yourself” when I requested a bagel with cream cheese and butter. After a struggle I got my food.With cream cheese lazily put on in clumps with butter.

So I was there to deliver a car and customer service had no clue about the appointment and gave me a hard time telling me where to put the car like they didn’t want it. Seamed like if I bought a car their they wouldn’t want to service it which is no way to do business.

Dunkin donuts was good. I ordered coffee and a muffin. Both tasted fresh. My husband and I stopped here on our way home. We have a long ride ahead. My husband went to the Burger King in the same rest stop. I’m a little confused on how to rate that. There weren’t many people in this stop. My husband ordered a Jr. Chicken sandwich and burger. It took a long time to come out. Not fast food. However, like I stated, there weren’t people in the place. So the food was made fresh. I don’t know how it would be if there was a rush of customers. No one was moving fast

Used to be great. Now is terrible. 3 weeks in a row the cashier has not punched in that I want my sandwich on a croissant and not an English muffin. Even when they do get it right, it often comes out completely burnt. This has been a trend for the past few months where it’s a gamble whether or not I can even eat it with the croissant or if the croissant is burnt to a crisp.
Started getting worse around a year ago and at this point I have pretty much changed my route specifically so I can go to a different Dunkin’ as screwing up my sandwich 3 weeks in a row has been the final straw.

Ordered a sausage egg and cheese, requested the croissant to be buttered…they gave me both a sandwich and a buttered croissant (and charged me for both) also added another sandwich while mentioning the 2 for $5…instead they gave me 2 more sandwiches on top of the first one I ordered (and charged me for them). After two coffees and $25 later….never again

Best coffee of any dunkin I’ve been to. Bakery items are never with the on the go orders and then you have to wait in line to get them. Defeats the point of on the go.
