I genuinely do like this dunks. but I am giving it a 1 star review for the employee that works Saturdays at 12pm the date 11/1/25 . There is a young immature girl with blondish brown hair that works at that time. She has a horrible attitude not only in her tone but her actions! she is very dismissive. And it is very unpleasant to see her treat other customers with such disrespect. Someone needs to talk to this girl about checking her attitude! And this is not the first time I seen her be so disrespectful.

The donuts here are slightly cheaper than in the city and decently sized (hole in the middle isn’t obnoxiously large like other places). The inside was spacious but not the cleanest. Lots of workers. There was also a self-service ordering kiosk, which is convenient; haven’t seen that at other locations.
I got the strawberry frosted with sprinkles donut for the first time. Unsure if the strawberry frosting always has a slightly medicinal aftertaste or if it was this location, but I wasn’t a fan.

Apprently someone had come in prior and bought out most everything but there’s a drive thru and a walk in option, as well as bathrooms. Plenty of parking too.
It is a busy corner so be careful coming in and out.

Morning employees are terrible. Slow and do not care about your order. Will always be wrong and they are never stocked.

Everytime I go in this location they always have a sign up that says kiosk only. I should not have to use my card when I have cash on me and they are very slow. Update..2025 still extremely terrible waited for 15 minutes for 1 coffee and still had sign up that said kiosk only..FIRE THEM ALL INCLUDING STORE MANAGER

We stopped in to get a hot coffee to warm up. One of the teenage staff workers seemed to have an attitude, like she didn’t want to wait on customers.
I had to wait 20 minutes until she noticed I was waiting at the counter.
She’s lucky I wasn’t an “Undercover Boss”, as she would have been fired for her actions, and poor service.

Exceptional customer service is what sets this place apart. As a local, all I have to do is pull up to the drive-through and they already have most of my order on the screen. They’re always on point, even during busy times with long traffic lines. I’ve been to various Dunkin’ locations, but by far, this one offers the best customer service every day of the year. #LoveMyHazelnutCoffee

Every morning when I stop here to grab my coffee, I am in the drive-thru line less than 3 minutes. I am amazed every morning. Even when the line is long, it never is a long wait. This morning the person in the car in front of me bought my coffee. I plan to pay it forward. Thank you whoever you are. Love this place.
