older women with dark hair at the window handed us a drink with a loose lid and spilled all over the car. instead of giving us napkins and offering us a new drink or even apologizing she proceeds to say “absolutely not” when I showed her the empty cup and shut the window, didn’t even hand us the rest of our food either. Extremely rude and should not be working with customers. How about a free detail for the inside of my car and maybe some respect.

Went through the drive-thru today 9/30 around 12pm. The 2 women working the window seemed annoyed to even be there. They messed up 3 of the 4 items on what should be a very simple order. Only 1 item got corrected before we left due to not checking.

Been here three times now at night. They claim they are closed at 7 however don’t bother going anytime after 6 because they’ll also claim that they don’t have anything left. No more iced coffee. No more cold brew. Salted caramel they claim is discontinued however there are signs everywhere advertising it. Tired of wasting my time going there on my break only to find out that they don’t have anything or they’re closed early ….what kind of management runs a place like this? Just close down at 5pm. That’s my advice, or hire employees that will actually work their entire shift and not be so concerned about closing down because they need to go out for the night. I barely ever write a negative review but I’m sick and tired of this place.

After 3pm americanos, cappuccinos and lattes are only supposed to be $2 each for medium but they charge more than $2 for small. Not how I ordered it either and I got two of the same to try and make it easy on this woman. Nope. Asked for a reciept as well. Nope. Long line behind me forced me to park go inside and make my overpriced small coffee the right way. Better service in the a.m. I hear. I’d avoid the after work disappointment if I were you.

I drive 2 towns over to go to this Dunkins. The staff is GREAT especially the Manager who went above and beyond for me today to make my 2 year olds Halloween extra special. They also have special decorated donuts we love to come in and pick a new one every time. It’s clean and so many nice regulars hang out there and I can see why.
