I just wanted to say thank you to the person who ran my order to me on the train. I had left before getting my coffee and food because I was afraid to miss my train. You went above and beyond your job description, and I know there’s not many people that would have done that. I had accepted the loss of money but I never expected for someone to run and make sure I got my order. I wish I had gotten your name, but thank you again.

I came here to get a quick coffee and a Haitian man was talking to the manager he was Haitian as well they was talking for 16 minutes while I was in line. This was unacceptable. I was mad but the guy apologized and the manager did not part his crusty lips to say anything

In the morning we’re you relying on Dunkin for everyday breakfast they have in stock. But that’s not the case here next to the train station. Zero hash browns. This place needs to do better work and I won’t be coming back.

Unlike many Dunkin locations this one did not burn the espresso in my macchiato this morning so my drink was delicious this morning which I was happy about. My only complaint is that they mislabeled my coffee as original when it should have been decaf, so I had to go back around and wait in the line all over again to tell them of the error and get a replacement but when we finally got to the window the girl said she definitely made it decaf it was just mislabeled on the cup… So it was a big waste of time for (hopefully) nothing, but I’m not even sure I trust that it’s decaf… So that was really frustrating. Please take better care to properly label drinks because people like me who need to avoid caffeine really depend on that label being accurate!

Unfortunately, 2 times now I was given cold food. My egg bites were warm to touch and the inside was cold, and my hash browns same warm but when I bit into them it was cold. When you spend your money you expect better service and fully cooked food!!!

No restroom for customers, they should reconsider their policy it’s a coffee shop, some people may need it after drinking coffee. Even just to wash their hands first.
