Was doing door dash and had to stop to use the restroom And it was an emegency. Got told I couldn’t unless I buy something. The night manager was Extremely rude and didnt care even though I had told her im going to have an accident. Ended up dropping a $1 tip in the tip box to be able to use the bathroom. I was told its rules by the “New owners”. if thats true I hope this is seen and corrected. Because not allowing someone a basic human need is horrible and I hope it never happens to even them

2022- We tried this one again 9 months later because all the other 4 Dunkin’s in the area had long drive thru lines, there was no cars or line at this drive thru, well it’s because they still are bad at customer service and no one wants to go here. Messed up the refresher. Gave us one bagel when we ordered two, noticed when they handed us the bag so we said something. When we got home, they gave us no cream cheese when we ordered two plain.
2021-Everytime we’ve come here it’s always a mess up on the coffee order, sandwiches are not made right, and the service is horrible. We don’t go in anymore because you’ll end up waiting forever for one of the 6 employees working behind the counter to come over, and when someone finally responded to you being their, they aren’t nice, then your order takes forever and it ends up being wrong. And when the first voice you hear in the drive thru isn’t pleasant , makes you wonder how good your order is going to come out. Well 100% of the time what you paid for will end up looking or tasting like how the employee acts. Today the drive thru man was rude, and our sandwiches made by a younger guy came out with two tops in one bag and two bottoms in the other bag. I’ve worked at this location and a few others as a manager before and I know how the stores operate. Plus we were the only customers (drive thru & in-store) to be at this location at the moment. How do you mess up putting two sandwiches together. We don’t order coffee from this location anymore. And looks like we can’t order sandwiches or bagels anymore too. Good thing there are Dunkin’s every mile down the road in any direction, but I’d rather drive miles in another town to buy food cuz 3A Dunks just have fallen off. This one was just the closest to us.

Only dunkin I go to that knows how to make the coffee that way I like it, not too strong and not too watery lol. The donuts always taste fresh and the service is always excellent.

Best Dunkin’ dounut I ever had Been to the service was amazing and the worker was very friendly and nice the place was clean the coffee was exquisite and the sausage, egg and cheese is great too they even have these merchandise. That you can get 5/5 stars I recommend this Dunkin for all I am definitely coming here again.

Dunkin’ coffee both hot and iced… is a delicious pick-me-up.. & the Boston Cream donut was scrumptiously decadent. Lunch with a friend was nice.

Not sure what is going on with this branch. It was my fav Dunkin to go to but for the past month or so there drinks are off. I know they have new hires but they have to train them well. I get my coffee burned almost every single time now. Even my frozen drinks they taste so bad bitter and they don’t use enough cream. They need to switch things over.

Please train the staff! Monthly lectures should be given on how to deal with customers! A sales person should smile and make the customer feel happy for him! I noticed a woman talking nervously! Even when you thank her she turns away with a frown! Why do they talk to customers like this! They should be trained or a sales and marketing specialist should be chosen!

When I stop there Mon thru Fri around 530am the service is extremely slow and unfriendly. There usually a few cars, no more than 4 or 5. Sometimes I’m the 2nd car and I only order a hot coffee. For some reason they start making it when I pull up to window. It looks like they do not communicate with each other to get orders done. I’ve noticed a couple ppl standing around and looking confused while the others are working. I understand it’s hard to find the right group of ppl who work well together. Also, a Hello, ur welcome or have a good day isn’t difficult to say. I get more of a reaction by looking at my dog than I do from them after saying hi and thank u. I always ask how’re u doing and say thank u but nothing.
