I went through the drive-thru today I was missed charge, which wasn’t a big deal. So I left and came back about an hour later to talk to management about it what got me really upset was that he would not admit fault as if it never happened. Once again I could care less about the cost, but denying that it never happened is such a childish way of responding. Yes he switched the charge to what it was supposed to be (after I left) but if he would’ve just admitted that it happened I wouldn’t have written this review.

The Supervisor wearing the black Beth Is real Hospital Dietary jacket is hell bent on charging $1.00 more for the additional piece of cheese yet refuses to add the half piece of cheese to the egg wrap. I wish I could speak with the owner and tell them how disappointing it is to see it after reaching my destination.

I took a chance and came to this Dunks because our local one is under renovation. As any Massy will tell ya we are dedicated to our Dunks. I initially felt worried it wouldn’t be great but what a surprise it was amazing! The food was outstanding! The service can use a little more, but I was so impressed by the fluffiness of the croissants and apple fritters. I am so glad I walked the extra mile to come here! In fact, this is now going to be my new Dunks! Thank you!

Samina was very kind and gave great service, she was working all alone doing both the drive through and the walk ins all on her own but she did great and was very friendly. Dunkin’ Donuts should let her close the drive through if something like this happens, please recognize her for her hard work.

Need to focus more on customers when they come in the place. Place was filthy. No one even acknowledged I was there. Too busy with the drive through. Sorry not everyone uses an app to ore order and pay. Stood another 5 minutes and not one look over. I think Dunkin’ Donuts has passed its prime. I’d complain directly to the owner or manager but I’ll never go back there again.

Absolutely the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever met.
1. On 10/09, Can take order online, when arrive at normal business hours 6 pm, they are closed, both drive through and in store.
2. On 10/16, took us forever to wait in drive through line, thats ok, took us forever to wait in food pickup window, I assume its ok too if its been preparing, then they gave me wrong items and definitely cold cold breakfast, funny.
Called customer service and sure no refund for now. Never again Dunkin’

Waited 13 minutes for an on the go order, the staff tried to say they never received the order yet I had a screenshot of the order. It was a large french vanilla black iced coffee, then they proceeded to give a coffee that had cream in it. Had to have that corrected and after all was said and done they gave the person that picked it up a medium instead of a large. Called to try and speak to staff or a manager and no one answered the phone. I honestly don’t usually complain because I worked in the restaurant industry for many years, but that’s just unacceptable.
