English is definitely not the first language of any of the employees that I’ve encountered here.
Reading other reviews only confirms this as they too often get the order wrong.
it is an uncomfortable experience ordering here because they don’t understand you.
Also the language barrier impacts the speed in which your order is taken and fulfilled.
So don’t think you will be in and out!
Why does Dunkin insist on putting 2 tea bags in a large hot tea? I didn’t ask for two. I wasn’t offered a choice. Would it be cheaper with only one tea bag I wonder? $3.50 for a TEA.
Newly renovated, clean & good sized seating area (seats 20: 2 tables of 4, one high table of 6, three tables of 2) They could definitely fit more tables but at least you’re not on top of each other.
Music (One Direction, One Republic, Outasight and the like…odd choice since 100% of the customers ‘eating in’ are older ♀️)
Plenty of parking.

Extremely rude Indian guy had the audacity to rush my order, and waved me away disrespectfully as soon as I paid. As a customer I’m appalled to receive such treatment, I didn’t even have a chance to put away my card, not so much as a thank you or have a nice day.

The woman missed to put egg wrap to my order, I waited for nothing. Then I told the man that maybe she missed one of my item. They even didn’t look at my face when talking, no sorry either. Only said: if missing something go back to the line and order again. I felt like I came there for free foods. Sorry was enough, but bad attitude to customer.

Like someone else pointed out, I go out of my way to also come to this Dunkin. It is always clean and the staff is friendly. Notably, Julie, who makes my drinks to perfection every time. She deserves every promotion there is because she knows exactly what she’s doing — absolute perfection every time. This has been the most consistent in quality I’ve seen and if I could give it more than 5 stars, I would, just for Julie.

I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese and got an egg and cheese. I also ordered a cold brew with mocha and cream, and there was no cream. I had to ask for cream. The store wasn’t even that busy, maybe like 3 customers. They need to do better at confirming customer’s orders when they ring them up.
