This Dunkin recently went through a (quite nice) renovation and reopened March 2022. Loving the new and refreshed layout, along with the whole rebranding from Dunkin Donuts to just Dunkin.
This location in particular has always had friendly staff, good prices, and a very relaxed neighborhood vibe. True to what it had previously, there is plenty of dine in tables and it is spacious. You’ll often find locals or regulars hanging out here.
Manager is super friendly, and knows the regulars well. Convenient location if traveling through Winthrop. I look forward to many more visits!

To be fair service was good, the atmosphere was good, and clean. But there seems to be a miscommunication between their app and the folks preparing the orders. I prefer my food cooked not burnt. When a customer puts no cheese it’s for a reason when a donut is chosen it’s because that’s the one wanted! I would suggest checking your order before going about your business.

I had an extremely disappointing experience here. The customer service is absolutely horrible. One employee, who wears glasses and has short grey hair, was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Food was well done. The staff was very friendly. She made a mistake with my order but quickly fixed it. When there was no line, the cashier came out to clean, sweep, and mop and interacted with us while we sat in the dining area. This dunkin was a little above the rest.

Just grabbed a late breakfast. Ran in for a ice coffee & breakfast sandwich. A+ workmanship from the sandwich craftsman there. Always a good meal at the right price and meant by smiling, but protected, faces.
