Don’t bother, plenty of other Dunkin franchises nearby that actually work.
Terrible line at drive-through. Long wait to place the order. I place order: medium ice coffee-regular, plain croissant toasted. Then we start moving. There are 4 cars ahead of me. Waiting in line seeing my day pass in front of me.
I get to the window. Woman repeats my coffee order. “yup that is correct” I pay. She picks up a cup already marked with my order, but not filled. Goes back and forth trying to put cream, sugar and coffee. This is while another employee was filling cream/milk and yet another replacing the iced coffee. Fair enough, this is why the “how many …” jokes became popular.
I get my coffee. Waiting… She goes around her work area. Comes back. “Croissant toasted?” “Yes” Goes around one more time, and since I have already paid and I do not feel like donating the money, I say “forget the toasting. I have a job to go to. Give it to me as is.”
I get my croissant as is — not toasted. I leave.
If you noticed, I detailed the transaction. And, also if you noticed, I did not say that I was given a receipt or a napkin or two.
The manager who does the hiring/scheduling should be fired. In fact, based on the other comments I have seen, DD should shut this location down.
