Disappointing Experience with Rude Service
I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I had to return to the store because one of the donuts in my order had been poked. When I originally ordered at the drive-thru around 6:45 a.m., the person taking my order misunderstood me. I asked for a dozen donuts, but he thought I said half a dozen. When I clarified my order, he immediately became rude and completed the transaction with a bad attitude.
6:45 a.m. is far too early to be treating customers with such impatience—especially from someone representing the store.
When I went back to exchange the damaged donut and address the poor service, I asked for the name of the person who took my order. The staff member gave it to me, but then the manager, in a rude manner, interrupted and said he was the one who took my order and that it was all recorded (I am glad it is recorded for costumer servise experience review). I then asked for his name so I could include it in my complaint, but he refused and said there was no need to give his name because he is the only manager at that location 356 Eastern Ave, Chelsea, MA.
When I told him I would be filing a complaint, he told me to call the number posted at the door. I called while still in the store, but there was no live person available—only a voicemail system. I left a message.
Overall, I am very disappointed by the service and attitude I received. I won’t be returning to this store.

The lady at the drive through is AWFUL! So rude. We went at 10:30am, no one in line. When we pulled up we said one second to decide what to order. Over the next 30 seconds she responded “hello?” every 5 seconds. When we said we need a minute she responded with “we don’t have time for that”. So we left. She sucks. Definitely needs an attitude check or it’s time for a replacement.

They’re mad rude especially the old lady in the drive-through. She said I ordered too much stuff at window. I said oh can I please get whipped cream on my coffee and said no I ordered too much stuff and it was just two drinks two avocado toast, a chocolate doughnut and egg and cheese croissant like is that not your job? As if I was asking too much because I was trying to get help with the new pumpkin drink and just ask her if it tasted good and What other swirls I can add to the drink

When I do decide to stop for a quick breakfast in the morning I always choose this dunkin’ donuts on Eastern Ave and Chelsea I live in Revere and I still rather go to the one in Chelsea because the food is always hot and fresh the coffee’s always just the way I want it and they’re so efficient I’m literally in there for 2 minutes and I’m out no matter how many people in front of me and above all their nice kind people thought I’d share my experience.

As a regular who justs gets a hot coffee at this location in the morning, I opened the lid and I saw multiple white dots on my coffee. I used a spoon in my car to mix it but it was a sticky consistency!!!!???? Never coming back here

I’m new to the area for work been their 3 times, and so far it’s what you expect from a Dunkin,workers look like they hate their lives, kinda understandable though probably because of management I have yet to see any,oh and my order has been wrong , burnt and or not available even though it’s 11am like i said typical Dunkin,I only go because how close it is to the job,and only reason why Im leaving this is so staff know I can see your pain hopefully it gets better for y’all.

I had to choose this place because it was close to my house. But after today, I will never visit this place again. Definitely the worst Dunkin’ branch in America! The employees do not speak English and you spend minutes trying to order. Everyone acts as if they are going to beat you. Everyone is so rude. It’s like They act as if they are forced labor. And today they forgot the cheese in my cream cheese bagel and I will leave the grille cheese I bought here and the size of the grille cheese I bought, just look at the photo! It’s a shame for my money! I think a big and beloved brand like Dunkin Donut’s should immediately take care of the employees of this branch.

Hot food not worth ordering at this location- they don’t even heat it up/toast it all the way. Maybe the machines broken?

Drinks are still good though.

Blame management- this location is almost always understaffed. Workers barely able to keep up with online orders and walk-in customers regularly waiting several minutes to order while staff trying to take care of drive through.

People often walk out while waiting in line here.

Pay the people who work here more. They keep the lobby clean and most staff are usually friendly.
