De Vinci’s Delicatessen! I went in expecting a really good sandwich, but that’s not at all what I got, what I got was a really Great sandwich, as a matter of fact my ham sandwich was so good I got another, this time I got the grilled ham and cheese…and it was Spectacular!

Food service and restaurant are always amazing. The staff is very friendly happy to serve you even if you come at the last minute, which is rare these days.

Here is the email I just sent to DaVinci’s.
“My Fiancee was not feeling well tonight (New Year’s Eve), so I decided to treat her to a dinner of whatever she wanted and she chose your restaurant. She highly recommended your spaghetti.

I ordered two quarts of spaghetti, 5 meatballs and a salad with everything. The total came to around $52 and I tipped my server, a young man, $5 cash for this take-out order..

The first thing we noticed was the fact that the salad did not have the cheese or ham I was expecting. When I ordered the salad, I specifically stated “with everything” when he asked what I wanted on the salad.
The spaghetti was seriously disappointing. Not a good flavor at all – just pretty bland like you added a can of spaghetti sauce over noodles. Even more disappointing was the fact that all 5 meatballs were really hard. Uneatable. I could not eat them and ended up feeding them to my dogs.

We have eaten many times at your facility over the past several decades and I’m not sure what happened tonight. Your store was extremely busy so there was no excuse for not having fresh food. I’m not sure if I will ever come back again after this experience.”

My son brought me the lasagna, a salad with meat crumble and focata (may be spelling this wrong). The meat on the falls was spoiled, lasagna tasted different but it was not bad.
The best thing was the bread. I’ve been living in stockton for almost 5 years and never thought i would experience an older restaurant be bad like this.

I really hate leaving bad reviews… They used to be really good with good portions. Now that just isn’t the case anymore! Tonight my husband and I got 2 meals that come with choice of pasta, salad, focaccia and drink. One was Alfredo and spaghetti and meatballs. The Alfredo was very very bland and the sauce for the spaghetti was like soup. The salads were prepackaged with this funky vinaigrette soaked beans ontop that wilted the lettuce and was everywhere, i tried to pick out the good pieces but gave up and just tossed it. The bread was ok but definitely not what it used to be. And the portions were ridiculously small for the price… $30! This by far was the worst! Jar sauce you get from the store is so much better! It really truly sucks now and won’t be going back and will definitely be letting friends and family not to waste their money anymore.

This is the second time now where the ravioli’s were terrible. Not so much the taste, but the consistency. They were basically mush. As expensive as they are you would think that they would have somebody who knows how to cook the properly, but unfortunately that’s not the case. Even the customer service was bad. The employees seem more interested in their phones than anything else and they have a hard time engaging with the public. It’s like talking to a brick wall sometimes.

Always wanted to stop by and try some Italian food. Thought this is the place to go in town and yes, not bad. Your traditional dishes all here. Go try it out.

Food wasn’t very good the chorizo was dry and the asada from my asada fries tasted old. The chips and salsa from the salsa bar was good.
