Cashier on 9/26 close to 9am, greeted me not only rudely but then proceeded to say “sugar cookie has been out for 4 months, I don’t know where you’ve been”
Okay! I ordered something else, the audacity to also mess up others’ orders and be rude is just wow. I hope her day went better.
Apparently it’s an app exclusive drink but it is also in the mixology tab so Dunkin do better 🙂

Horrible customer service here. We tried to buy an iced water – like we do at every other Dunkin Donuts we’ve been to – and they would only offer bottled water. When we asked why we couldn’t just have iced tap water the rude manager got on the intercom and told us this was a franchise and they can sell or not sell what they want. Avoid this Dunkin

I’ve gone a few time and my order is never correct. They never put cream cheese on my bagel. When I went in to ask for them to put cream cheese the cashier made me get the packet of cream cheese from my car and return it in order to put new cream cheese on my bagel. My coffee order was wrong and the bagel was stale.

I went there to order a chipotle hash brown wake up wrap, and the service was terrible. They threw the food right at the counter with the food half out. I get they were busy, but that service will just make them lose customers. I waited 10 minutes just to get cold food.

Woman at the drive thru was very rude. She got my wife’s order wrong. When my wife went inside to get her order corrected, the woman working the drive thru started swearing at her repeatedly, telling her she didn’t get the order wrong. This was after my wife waited in line to get things fixed. Everyone was looking at this worker like she had lost her mind. My wife even offered to pay for the bacon again that wasn’t put on her sandwich the first time. Finally my wife decided that it wasn’t worth it and started to leave. The lady followed her outside and threatened to call the police. My wife told her she didn’t need to call because she was already calling them. After the police arrived my wife was asking to speak with the manager but the manager never came out. The manager told the police to tell my wife never to come back in this DD again. Which is fine because why would anyone want to be treated this way. I don’t understand how or why the owners would allow their employees to run their franchise this way. After reading all of the reviews it’s obvious that the owners don’t care that their employees are rude and incapable of being professional.

This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Everyone who works there acts rude and unhappy. Every single time I’ve ordered here, something in my order is wrong, whether it’s the type of milk or the size of the drink. I wish there were a different dunks close by but unfortunately this is the only one near me. They suck!!!

Can’t rate the food because the only time I’ve been to Scituate and waited in line for 10 minutes only to get up to the window and was told they aren’t serving food because they are too busy. So I asked if she was serious, and with an attitude she said yes I am we are slammed, so I said ok Byyyeee and with an attitude she mocked me repeating me. I didn’t get her name but she worked on 5/31/25 around 12ish at the dunkins near the Mobil station. I went to a sandwich shop near there. But this person needs to be fired or written up. I have never been treated so poorly.

Every time I place an order, its always ready onde I get there. Not always true for other locations. Employees are great and friendly. Order always comes out perfect.
