Terrible service, They closed the door before closing time. The sign on the door says 10 pm, we arrived at 8:35 pm and there were people inside, but they didn’t open the door; they hid. I went through the drive-thru to ask why they were closed so early, and they simply hid and didn’t even answer. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DUNKIN’ TO ANYONE, because they don’t want to work.

It was very difficult to order the lady taking our order could not understand that we wanted to keep ordering more items and instead kept amending the items that were already on the ticket we wanted to buy three sandwiches but somehow only two ended up on the ticket. We only got charged for 2 but we wanted three and it is not easy to get back in line for this drive through so they should be more sure to get the order right.

Extremely friendly staff. They are in a high traffic area so it gets VERY busy in the morning and mistakes do sometimes happen – but they fix it quickly with a smile and I enjoy stopping there on my way to work. Lots of great people there. There is a dunks closer to my house (of course, we are in New England), but this location really strives to make it right. All my best to those who have to serve customers who have not had their coffee yet, this team does an amazing job.

I went this morning whrn it was super busy. I mean, they were running out of stuff. I put in a mobile order. They got all the 10-15 customers done. And then the young white guy got my order and was super nice to me and my son. I was watching him and he never once got upset when all the customers were complaining. He just did his job and was still nice. I would have been upset over the wait, with a 4 year old. Buy then he took care of us and changed my mind. You need more people like him.

Slow service, consistently wrong orders, lazy employees that greet you with “what do you want”. Don’t bother ordering a bagel, this is the only dunks that doesn’t know how to make them correctly, you will get a tough, over cooked, bubbled up rock.
