Last summer I stopped by to buy a drink, I was in line while someone that looked like a manager was helping the cashier, once the manager walked away the cashier started to help her customer while talking to a coworker in portuguese, the problem was not that she was speaking in another language, the problem is that she was talking bad about other customers that were in line with me, the man in front of me got frustrated with how long was taking so in Portuguese she said to her friend “why doesn’t he goes to another location? we are busy”. I am placed my order in portuguese since she was speaking in portuguese, after I paid she said to her coworker ” who does she think she is? didn’t even say good morning or anything… ” needless to say that I felt mistreated and will never go back to that location. ( I wasn’t rude, I was just straight to the point. asked for my beverage and paid for it )

Do not recommend this location. I placed a mobile order on 12/08 around 5:00 PM and asked a simple question to confirm my drink size because the cup looked different. The employee laughed at me and treated me poorly. I was already having a bad day and just wanted one drink to cheer me up and this interaction made it worse.
The morning staff is usually very kind, but the night shift is consistently rude and unprofessional. Basic respect goes a long way.

Ice coffee was the worse I had in a long time, watered down but the taste was off.
I didnt get the full 50 minchins and the jelly ones had no jelly. My kiddos fave is the jelly one so it was disappointing.
Just a bummer with food prices so high, the least you can hope for is to get what you ordered.

The lady in the back that was preparing food was licking the food off of her gloves. I looked over at the man next to me and we both saw the same thing.

I have been ordering from this location for a decade and the volume they handle is amazing. I have always praised the staff on their attention to detail and ability to remember regular orders. Today, the quality control failed on the food line. I did not lower my rating as they were slammed, but I have not had any luck in the past trying to draw their attention to other quality control observations.

Only giving 2 stars because the staff are nice people but the coffee is disgusting, tastes like they don’t clean anything and that it’s just been sitting there for hours maybe the whole day. I have not had 1 good coffee here I just drive a little bit more and go to the water street one…. I just don’t understand how hard it is to make decent coffee especially when this dunks has plenty workers…

Efficient and cool place. My dad loves hanging out there every Monday and from what he says the staff are lovely and very kind to his group of elderly ne’er do wells. But if you ever wanna see some slick food service watch the people here move stuff through the kitchen. The staff work like a well-oiled machine whenever I am there.
