I ordered an iced latte with light ice, but they filled the cup with ice and added only a little milk, leaving it half-empty. When I asked if they could add more milk, they said, ‘No, because you asked for light ice.’ But there was already too much ice! It was truly a terrible experience. 4.5 dollars for half of ice little tiny latte

Don’t go to this dunks! My boyfriend went here and ordered me a matcha latte. I got half way to drinking it and found what looks like rat fur attached to an ice cube. I called them to complain and they told me to come in and they’ll make me a new drink. This is disgusting!!

0 Stars. Terrible atmosphere and service.
I was just berated and insulted by the cashier at this establishment in front of multiple people. Called me names, for some reason stated I was “homeless”, made me wait 15-20 minutes for my regular hot coffee to be poured into a cup. Only because THEY made a mistake and then blamed it on “someone must’ve taken yours”. However, I was the only customer at the time of the order and multiple people received their coffee before me that walked in after. At that point all I did was ask “where’s my coffee?” and was then told that she “didn’t like how I asked” and stated I was “ignorant”. Blatantly misusing the term, which is besides the point. It was an overall terrible experience. Clearly the woman (blonde, messy hair, overweight, looks homeless herself) has some personal issues of her own. I actually pity her tbh but I would not recommend going here to anyone.
P.S. the other employees wouldn’t comment on the situation because they’re knew she was in the wrong and I will say that’s the only part I respect of the overall type of character that is employed here.

Ive been here a couple times, and almost every time i haven’t had a good experience. I ordered a snackin bacon and i didn’t get a receipt. No problem right? Somehow my order got messed up into a croissant sandwich that i was charged with although i did not order that. Im guessing the cashier realized her mistake since she started handing receipts to the other clients. When i confronted the employee all she said was “You payed for the croissant we can’t do anything,” No apology or anything. I wasn’t going to argue with someone who wouldn’t atleast try to meet in the middle with a customer. I will gladly not be returning to this dunkin’ donuts.

Great staff and selection. My complaint is that they don’t serve fresh espresso. I get that it’s to be able to meet the need during rush hours however if I am paying extra I would expect fresh espresso. How do they know the portion if they are pouring it from a cup that’s been sitting there god knows how long? This has happened every time I go regardless of the time of day. Please make fresh espresso.

I come to this location about 3 or 4 days a week in the early early morning to grab coffee and small bites. I order ahead almost 100% of the time and they always have my stuff in a timely manner, even when it’s busy. My only complaint with this location is there are people who are not customers frequently taking up the standing space used for eating for paying customers. In addition to that issues there are always panhandlers asking for money directly outside of the storefront. Otherwise, pretty good Dunkin location.

I never rate any reviews in my life before. It was my first time I feel really mad. Yesterday I ordered coffee from my mobile phone, when I went to pick up, they said they didn’t receive any order. Ok fine since I didn’t see you guy charged me. However it charged already, I didn’t even noticed it. This morning I came again to order some coffee. I also order by my phone since i just want to pick up is easy for me. I have no idea they charged me from yesterday order since I didn’t get any coffee. This morning when I came they give me some coffee which I ordered from yesterday.

I’ve never in my life felt the need to report on any restaurant dunks anything, but I have to tonight. I love the dunks on Market St Lynn. Go there cause i know my coffee will be right. The other day I was there and their was a pregnant female working. The man in front of me had been waiting for 10 min. He told her his order and she says. Can’t you see I’m doing something. You need to be patient, patience is a virtue in the most disrespectful way I’ve ever heard. He didn’t say anything, but I shore did. I’m tired of miserable people!! Get another job of your not happy!! I said that’s the way you talk to your customers. The mans been waiting for 10 min and I’ve been here for 5 min. I thought he was waiting for his order. The poor dude was waiting for a good minute just to put a order in. I said to her I’ve been coming here for years and never seen you. The other staff has never been rude or disrespectful. I’m all set I’m not ordering nothing from here. The frustrated man in front of me offered to pay for my order. I said I’m all set and looked at her and said. I might not know your name, but I’ll def say something about the pregnant one. They’ll know who I’m talking about!! Rant over…
