Good selection and tasty food. I was pleased and pleasantly surprised. I think we all enjoyed our dinner and the bread pudding was most tasty, I did not care for the pumpkin pie oddly enough.

Overpriced and the selections aren’t many. You have to pay an additional $15 to get a pound of crab legs on top the $32.99 to get mediocre food. Eat elsewhere in Memphis or Southaven. A big disappointment for a casino that already takes a good amount of the local and nearby local’s money. I would have taken more pictures, but I was told to put away my phone.

Decent amount of choices and the food is mostly good. I prefer the grill:the corn, bbq chicken, and roast with au jus is my favorite. Desserts are plentiful and delicious. Most of the workers are friendly.

34.99 for the Thanksgiving buffet was a complete rip off (77 bucks for 2 people with tax). Catfish filets were like shoe leather, the pork chops were dry and rubbery, and the “sides” tasted like they just came out of the can. The desserts I tried were horrible (trifle and some kind of hazelnut creme thing). The variety of items was excellent, but they all tasted horrible except for the salad. I couldn’t even get near the meat station for turkey or ham. Completely disappointed. There were plenty of people loading up on crab legs and shellfish/oysters but since I’m allergic to them it was just a waste…

Prime rib was overcooked dry and chewey, servers were rude, cheesecake was warm, and dry, lemon ice box pie had chocolate drizzled over it. The pizza was not recognizable as a taste to the human pallete. Meat loaf was all loaf and no meat. Cat Fish nuggets we’re a little grease. So 2 outta six ain’t good.

I will not return to this buffet. The food was ok at best. The waitress was horrible. She never smiled and looked like she was annoyed that we were there, never asked if we wanted more drinks. We had to get up ourselves to get our refills. I regret leaving an 18% tip for a party of 5 at the beginning, when we paid for the meal. I thought we would get descent service but that was not the case. We took family from out of town, hoping we would have a good experience, but was let down.

This doesn’t even deserve a one star.
I don’t ever make these reviews..
We went yesterday for the first time after about 4-5 years. Very very disappointed. It was $76.98 for just my husband and I. I thought there would be a variety of food and seafood…
The food was very bland and either no seasoning or over seasoned. The crawfish boil was nowhere near it tasting like it was Cajun… that’s fine.. The rice wasn’t even cooked all the way. The dressing over seasoned, the chicken overcooked and dry. I grabbed some catfish and of course it was dry/over cooked. I have eaten better catfish from gas stations, delicious compared to this… I am NOT a picky person when it comes to food at all and this was just terrible. I had one plate and just touched the food. Same thing with my husband.. The only decent thing was the salad… There were only two options for fruit..
Last time we went the alcoholic drinks were included.. Not anymore. Fine, but for the price they maybe should be, if the food tastes the way it does. The price has gone up, only fountain drinks are included and the food tastes worse than something you’d get at a gas station. Do yourself a favor and eat before you get to Goldstrike or anywhere else. Over priced for something that should have MAYBE cost $15 per person. And that’s a big maybe. .

Saturday night seafood buffet. What a great selection of food including adult beverages all for $29.99. All the food was very fresh or was made to order at various stations.

My only dislike was the melted butter for crab legs was so salty that you could not eat. It was extreme. Crab legs didn’t need butter though, they were very good

We arrived at the casino around 4:30 pm and went directly to the buffet. We were in line to pay and to get a table about 15 minutes. Once we finished eating the line for the buffet was out to the gaming floor. My recommendation get there early for dinner to avoid the long lines.

Content didn’t match $$$ cost, unless you’re there just for crab legs, $50 is too much. Could have went to Texas de Brazil or other places. Fried chicken and fried fish seemed like they had been under heat lamps in the back for hours. Boiled shrimp were good, but no fried shrimp. Got there at 5PM. Some other food was good but still not worth the price tag.
