This is my go-to Dunkin’s, but I’m very frequently getting the wrong flavors for coffee. Disappointing to pay for something that’s incorrect. Ordered Butter Pecan, tastes like Pumpkin Spice.

Ordered ahead with app for walk-in pickup. Waited an inordinate amount of time for a hot black coffee. Turns out orders were sitting on counter behind the register. Someone finally asked if anyone was waiting for orders and was handed my coffee. Not sure if this is normal at this location.

I went inside to have an order done and I stood there for 10 minutes. There was two people and they were filling orders for the drive up cars only. They just ignored the people inside. I asked if anyone was going to wait on us they just looked at each other and shrugged their shoulders. FOUR people that were in line walked out of your establishment. This was very poor customer service.

WORST DUNKS EVER!!!
I asked for just a cup of ice with my order, and she tried charging me for a small coffee. I gave her my money and I was due back change THAT SHE WOULD NOT HAVE GIVEN ME IF I DIDN’T ASK FOR IT!! Apparently she was going to tip herself with my money.
I know customer service in the quality of things is going down but this reaches a new low. I highly recommend never stepping foot inside there.

I often go to this Dunkin because it’s convenient. Unfortunately, they consistently mess up my drink. And they’re not fancy drinks. Twice now I’ve ordered a latte and they’ve given me a cup of frothed milk instead. There have been other mix ups, like putting the wrong kind of cheese than what we requested. I can understand those more, but leaving the coffee out of a latte?

I drove thru and ordered a cold brew and a croissant stuffer at 5:55 pm. They close at 8:00 pm. When I pull up to the window I was told by the employee that she doesn’t have any cold brew and the oven is off and can’t serve me anything from my order. I asked for a refund and she said she can’t do that because there is no manager working and to try calling a Dunkin help number on the app. Super frustrating and a waste of time and why is the oven off 2 hours before closing???

I found hair in my order today. Twice! Maybe everyone including management should be wearing hats. It’s pretty gross to have someone else’s hair in my food. Hopefully this is a one time thing.

This is the best place to go if you need a bathroom with a rocking soundtrack to dance to to keep yourself from crying on break while you get coffee. Staff is nice too and the drinks are more consistent each visit than most other dunks.
