I was actually the passenger in the vehicle, but the driver ordered a Med FV hot coffee, black. The order was repeated back to us as an iced coffee. Appreciative for the repeat/confirmation because we had the opportunity to correct the order before it was made and handed to us. Different locations serve their flavors in different ways. I received a medium hot coffee with three shots of vanilla. I don’t know if that’s supposed to be the same as a french vanilla, but it was hot and flavored, no cream or milk. Works for me. $2.99

They have such terrible attitudes lately. They made my coffee wrong and went in to get it fixed and the girl behind the counter today had a really terrible attitude said “ what do you want me to do about it?” As a waitress in a restaurant if I talked to customers like that I wouldn’t make any money.

This is the worst Dunks in the world. I work down the street and will mobile order a coffee and walk down to retrieve it. I have been locked out TWICE both times never getting my coffee while the workers are working and there’s patrons in there. This last time I was locked out (happened just now) I politely knocked on the window to a patron who was just as rude, to ask if they could open to the door (I wasn’t alone waiting for the door to open by the way) and the worker said go through the drive through which why would I? I walked there and just wanted to pick up the simplest order. Then after 5 minutes of waiting the worker comes to us finally and was so rude to us. I am at a loss for words. The workers are SO rude all the time; wish I could get a refund. Seriously need to reconsider your staff and management.

This dunks is a bit out of my way, but they tend to be one of the most consistent in quality of coffee. They staff is courteous and provides accurate orders. Also like that they have on tap with the nitro.

Excellent service and they got my order right. My coffee is NEVER right when I order from any other dunkin. I get a large hot, cream 3 equal…this Dunkin gets it right EVERY time. The coffee roll was delicious. I would buy Dunkin more if they all operated like this one.
