Talk about bad customer service. Hear this guys I gave the lady 1.50 tip on a medium hot coffee on drive thru. I asked kindly to throw away one dunkin empty cup in trash for me. LADY SAYS I CANT ITS A HEALTH HAZARD. WOW that too it was 1 dunkin cup. I said I ll take my change and left aggressively. If it’s their business policy there should be sign at drive through window and I would ve completely respected that. Never been this humiliated for no reason. I’ve been in business 22 years myself and can’t imagine doing this to my customer. UNBELIEVABLE

Not one to normally leave a review but the staff here is just so rude and unpleasant at least the ones that I have encountered came here Thursday November 20th at 2:15 and there were 3 young girls and the two I dealt with were very unpleasant not only did I not get what I asked for and the coffee was legit only 3 quarters of the way full and went to ask if I could have and extra shot of Carmel (not even a new coffee) and was legit ignored for at least 5 minutes untill I said something, it’s just annoying when your treated like your bothering them to actually do there job!!

Something is horribly wrong with this Dunks coffee. I’ve never had a problem at any other dunks, and I probably go to 20-30 through Mass in any given year, but for whatever reason this one always without fail gives me a skunked coffee. Not sure if their machines are broken or just dirty but I took a break from stopping there for a year, thinking maybe they had an internal issue that would be fixed, and just went back and it’s exactly the same

Stopped by for quick bite and ordered croissant and hashbrown. Despite having 7 employees working there, no one was taking order but they told to place an order on kiosk screen as they were busy with talking about each other’s nails and what’s favorite food and their friend got a boyfriend, etc. Took 15 min. for order while there was only one customer on drive theough and i was first one in line inside the store. Even after order was ready it was just placed on pickup area and not called for order number or name. Poor customer service. If you are in rush, don’t stop at this place.

Went in for ice tea. Was very lite in color and did not look normal. Looked like yellow wayer . No one in the store was able to process and refund . Was told could come back another time for manager but I don’t have time for that. Insane that at 5 pm no one is able to correct a simple mistake . Don’t waste your time go to another location . Very poor experience

Stopped by to have a cold coffee drink. It was good. The service might need some more improvement. I felt the person should have asked for more questions before taking my order. Since I’m new I ordered thinking it would come with milk or cream and then it was not.

This DD is something else,your mobile order will be late(20 mins after submitting) and don’t forget to DOUBLE CHECK before you leave the store cause there’s always SOMETHING MISSING/WRONG ITEM.
Management don’t have the right attitude for the job and some changes need to be made asap.
